Review 1：1St: The Hot Tube and pool were closed, Booking.com said it was supposedto be open.- Very upsetting to kids and adults.2nd: 1 employee knew nothing and would not try to find info that was right in front of her on the phone and in person 3 times. 3rd: There are no areas with WIFI but booking.com said there are.

Review 3：It was bit cold and we needed to purchase some toilet paper when we realized we didn't have any extra rolls and the office was closed.

Review 5：Our rental was great! Very clean. Sadly there wasn't a rec center or pool, as stated in the ad - it said that it was closed as of 12/31/2015 - turns out it should have said 2014. But still a nice place to stay :)

Review 6：The room had a previous fire in the fire place that left a strong sent of smoke. The blankets and pillows also smelled. The place should have been repainted.

Review 10：The owners of the unit tried but the beds were rocks. No WiFi except in the rec center and that was the worst of all. The sewer smell was overwhelming! You need shoes to walk around because of the mold, the pool water was cloudy and smelled and the game room was empty. We had to change condo rooms as the first was sooo small and you could even see the caved in bed without sitting on it.

Review 12：The Rec Center no longer has pool towels which was advertise in brochure so should be updated there was also no locks on the lockers or wants to be borrowed which should be advertised. The oven in our apartments didn't stay open so my hand got burned several times which was not a fun part of my vacation.

Review 13：Overall the trip was good there was just a few things that could have been better I like the fresh air in the getaway.

Review 14：Refrigerator not working well, was a holiday weekend and didn't bother reporting…….knowing it wouldn't get fixed……..but it should have been checked by rental agency before rental !!!!!!!!!
