Review 1：Our room was comfortable, the bed was awesome, it was hard to get up and get out in the world. Our breakfast was a good variety.. The room was clean, the workers were polite and greeted us with a "good morning" every day.

Review 7：Checking out was a hassle. During check in on the 12th, I was billed for my entire stay which has posted on my bank statement. Apparently, the payment was never authorized, so the staff was contemplating charging me again. I checked out of the hotel two days ago, and I'm still seeing charges in large increments on my card from the hotel. I had to request an itemized bill and I'm hoping this won't lead to a dispute. I enjoyed my stay, but this is definitely putting a damper on the overall experience.
Review 8：Nothing's better than traveling a long way, and being accommodated with a comfortable bed and cleanly quarters. The staff was very hospitable and so were the other tenants. I was visiting Spartanburg for a wedding and it took some convincing to muster up the desire to leave my room!
Review 9：It was right across the street from a mall, which was OK most of the time, but Saturday the traffic was crazy.
Review 10：The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was modern enough to have plugs galore for computers and rechargers. Monday through Thursday they even have a little happy hour in the lobby with beer, wine and snacks. Nice facility run by nice folks.
Review 11：This is the nicest Comfort Suites. What makes it so is the management/staff and whole philosophy of customer service here. They care about their guests and it shows. It was very clean. That sounds rather blown up, but read other reviews as well, it was very nice. I usually stay at "nicer" hotels and I was not disappointed.

Review 34：The breakfast experience was very poor. The breakfast hours were from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM but when we arrived at 9:00 AM for breakfast, there was no hot meal, yogurt, or fruit items left. Even the coffee creamer bin was empty. Cereal, bread, and muffins were all that was left. As a diabetic I must restrict my intake of carbs so the breakfast options were most dissatisfying. I would have enjoyed a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage.
