Review 1：Security is overbearing with eyes on you 24/7 when you're outside. Have to wear annoying hospital-esque wristbands the entire stay. Minor unfinished construction projects scattered about. Property management needs to seriously get on top of upkeep as you can tell that routine exterior maintenance is not done very often.
Review 2：Unit was clean, nice and well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a home away from home. Walk 100 yards from your unit to a private beach; the main reason for being in Padre! Beautiful view of the water from the balcony.
Review 3：The only issue I had was that the owner tried to call us the day we weresupposed to check in to ask us to switch to another property because ourroom had flooded. I declined and insisted that he accommodate ourreservation.
Review 4：The condo was more than we expected! Very clean, spacious rooms withprivate bathrooms, a beautiful pool sitting in the middle of theproperty and access to a private beach! It was just what we needed forour weekend getaway!
Review 5：Didn't have all the pots and pans had to call customer service she lady was rude but they did bring me the pot and pans within 30 mins.

Review 7：Not enough hot water for showers. No water pressure, especially in the guest shower. We were told we would have a washer and dryer but only hook ups. Back door lock was broken.

Review 9：I wanted a master bedroom and had only asked for 6 people to stay, we ended up in a 12 person house. It was nice but me and my husband had to push twin beds together in a separate bedroom to get away from family/ kids. Location needs updated signs for entrance. The security outside was very rude and overly sturn with us when we arrived, we were happy just to finally get there and by the time we got our rist bands and they told us stuff todo we already didn't like the place. A smile would have been nice out of anyone, I get their job sucks but they are still getting paid.
Review 10：Loved the villa and that the house was fully furnished including lawn chairs, a million towels, pool toys and when I requested ground floor and ocean view they got me ground view and not ocean view but I know as close as they could get us.

Review 12：The staff was eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was like staying with family. The kitchen in Condo was very well equiped and the proximity to pools and the beach was perfect
Review 13：For some reason my room was the only one that had foil on the window of the patio doors. Didn't look attractive and couldn't view outside.The room didn't come with a hairdryer. There were a couple bugs.
Review 14：It was close the beach! The rooms were big. It had a large refrigerator. Furniture was up to date.It also had washer and dryer. The lighting was adequate.It had a keyless entry so there was no need to worry about loosing or reprograming cards.
Review 15：The washer not working and was finally fixed 2 days before leaving. One of the bed mattresses was sunked in the middle was uncomfortable to sleep on.
