Review 1：Almost every thing ,, the wooden terrace located directly in front of the ski slop that was great. Full Board was so nice ,, delicious food with nice variety, we enjoyed it all the day.. staff was kind and helpfull.

Review 2：bed sheet have some stains...toilets not cleaned well...bed are small in size even the bed cover...the terrace is separated place from where full board are served....

Review 6：There are several things to mention but the most specific is the staff friendliness and positive attitude. Also the look and decor of the hotel. The perfect food with nice evening coffee.

Review 7：Ee are do disappointed by the hotel policy which were totaly not flexible !!eventhough we are holding by the area civil management re safety isssue on heavy snowing and not allow us to drive up to uludag ortelli which encourage us for "No show" for the first dayon our booking and must overnight at bursa area in the same Booking.com account at karvensarry hotel. We were charge full amount eventhough they know well that not being control by us, as the hotel are ln the control are by local civil.the hotel top management should review their HSE statement in balance their charging hotel policy snd Booking.com should aware and respectthe HSE issued on the custermer whenever having their booking via Booking.com

Review 9：Staffs are extremely helpful, you feel like home. They are ready to give whatever information you need which is the most important thing when you are traveling as tourist. Many thanks to Mr Ahmed, Ya’aquob, Hussain. - Excellent location: behind it is the skiing slope and its café terrace looking to the skiing slope. The decoration is classic, nice colours and wood decoration. The room is spacious and the two sofa beds for kids were quit big. I looked around other hotels in the area, and I found this is the best -Very clean, warm and cosy Meals are exceptional, a lot of varieties and changing every day. The 5 clock tea and the snakes were also outstanding.

Review 10：The full board buffet which was always European which was good but we would have enjoyed Turkish food more, there was no kettle or coffee making facility in the room.

Review 11：We were exceptionally lucky to reach right after the seasons first heavy snow hence could benefit from the resorts location right next to the ski lifts and piste, ski equipment and snow mobiles are on rent as soon as you step down the hotels open air deck facing the piste, high tea was of a high grade, the hotel had the feel of a high class European ski resort with classy leather and teak furnishing. Doorman Hussain and waiter Ahmet were fluent in English and very helpful.

Review 19：Bathrooms in the rooms need renewal. They are a bit old.

Review 20：I loved the location and open buffet and staff. Rooms are also very comfortable, warm and relaxing.

Review 21：Perfect location. Small hotel that caters perfectly to big groups and families alike. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Food was varied and excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful. There are no additional facilities at the hotel eg pool or spa but they gave a partnership agreement with a nearby hotel if you want these types of services.

Review 22：The hotel in general is not clean well as I stayed for 2 nights which they didn't clean the bathroom and the room as they arrange it only, the water is not even good to take a shawer as it began with yellow/ brawon color. The food, some times they serve the food remaining from the breakfast to the dinner time or from the launch to next day which is taste very bad. Finally, after 3 hours from my arrival time, I had request the hotel to make check out the next day which they informed that they will charge me for half day as I inform them in the last mintue - silly excuse- and they can't do anything till the general manager agreed so I decided to continue with them even I fount a cheaper hotels by 1/3 of their price with better facilities.

Review 24：WiFi in the room itself was weak. We had to leave the room and stand on the internal balcony to get a strong signal. No coffee/tea making facility. The TV offered only Turkish speaking channels. On speaking to the staff BBC World in English was added. Interior lighting could be brighter.

Review 25：Hotel is located right next to the ski slopes, and ski hire shops. Hotel also has its own ski hire shop. Full board was great. Food selection and quality was excellent. Rooms are clean and quiet. Hotel style is classy and welcoming. Money well spent. The doorman and the waiters are friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Uludag. The hotel also has at the rear a super restaurant/cafe complete with outside terrace with panoramic views over the mountains and slopes.
