Review 1：Our room was cramped, and there was very little extra room to set up the pack-n-play for our youngest child who is not yet old enough to sleep in a bed. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. We couldn't close the bathroom door while the non-slip mat was on the floor. Most annoyingly, the garbage truck came to empty the dumpster right outside our room at 6 o'clock in the morning, on a holiday. The reverse notification sound not only woke my husband and myself up, but it also woke up our baby.

Review 2：We liked that the hotel was within walking distance of our favorite St. Augustine sights and attractions. Also, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our need for small containers of milk for our kids. That saved us from having to go out in the cold weather to find a convenience store late in the evening.

Review 3：The cleaning was bad, the carpet of my room was wet in different zones. They don't have space for breakfast just three tables into a small room.

Review 5：not a bad experience, but we had two rooms, and one didnt have a refrigerator....we asked for it, but we were told, oh no there is going to be a few days before we get one....not really out to offer any kind of help....for the price,..I think they should be more willing to do what it takes to accommodate the clients.

Review 51：They only had a roll-away bed, which doesn't really work in 2 Queen room. So if you're staying with 5 people it'll be really tight if the majority of them aren't small children. Also they charge $5/day for parking, which just seems like a "screw you" add-on. It's not like anyone else can park there and there's nowhere else for guests to park so pretty much forced to pay it.

Review 52：Really a top-notch place, if you're looking for a budget hotel. Great location, right next to the Ripley's and just a block from St. George street. Breakfast was good, although I don't know why they had to ruin the eggs by adding cheese.
