Review 7：This is the 5th time I have stayed at the Oak Tree Lodge since January of this year. This is the only place I will stay in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. I love it every time I'm there.

Review 8：The breakfast room was really warm inside, it is not very large and the waffle makers seemed to be too hot as most people had the waffles sticking to the maker. I sprayed mine but it still stuck. Not a big selection but it is enough to get you going, coffee was excellent and the server was very friendly and helpful.

Review 14：We had no Internet service. We had to go to the office to be able to access the Internet. The office staff stated that they would give us a free night stay for our inconvenience, but they never followed through with that. They acted as though having no Internet serivce was no issue.

Review 16：There was ants and spiders in the room, on the night stand, desk top, tub and ceiling. Reported it to the desk clerk. She informed us that they will be taken care of that day. That evening they were still there. We feel the desk clerk just give us lip service or the person she pass on the info didn't act on it.

Review 17：The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was ok. Some of the staff was friendly while others were more reserved. The room smell clean. The indoor pool was ok, however the outdoor pool was awesome. The décor was very nice and the coupon book that was given was a nice bonus.

Review 18：I was wishing for a room on the back side of the building, so we would have a view of the stables instead of the parking lot..We didn't appreciate a live skunk in the parking lot, almost every night around 10PM. We experienced a very close encounter with him, Thursday evening, when coming back from a show! /'

I mentioned it to Staff and they stayed they were in the process of hiring a new floor cleaner. Also children's pool needs bottom repainted.

Review 30：The staff was amazing, the location was wonderful. Walking distance from Tanger outlets, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Super close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions, too. The bed was more comfortable than any other hotel mattress I've ever came across.

Review 46：After Christmas rush, I needed to get away for a few days. With a good friend, we stayed in a king suite (which was wonderful with comfortable sofa and gas fireplace). Very clean and comfortable bed. So close to great shopping, wonderful restaurants and just a few minutes to Gatlinburg. Couldn't have stayed in a better place than the Oak Tree Lodge!

Review 74：The stupid maid cleaned my room around noon and left the door wide open. I didn't return back to room until after 6pm. So my room was open for 6 hours. Anyone could have opened up the door and walked into my room and stole all my personal belongings. Very bad situation. Manager apologized but made no compensation for the mistake.

Review 82：We stay in Pigeon Forge a couple times a year and look for a reasonable but still nice hotel for us and our young child. The location is in the middle of everything!! Outlets right across the street! The beds were so comfy and room was nice and clean. Our favorite part was our balcony overlooking the horses and zip lines. My daughter had a blast watching everyone zip by. Indoor pool was lovely and heated. Couldn't have had a better time. Our only regret is that we stayed one night. We will be back to this hotel for sure! Glad we have finally found our reliable spot!! Can't wait to visit the outdoor pool when it warms up! You won't be disappointed here.

It was peaceful and a horse pasture was my view. The breakfast room was crowded. It was continental style, but that was alright. Overall I was very satisfied with the Oak Tree Lodge. It was very quiet.

Poor plumbing in room, tollet had a hard time flushing and shower stood with water.Kitchen was small and cramped in morning, leaving some to stand to eat in the way of the buffet while most left with their food to go back to their room to eat due to lack of room.
