Review 1：A very Old n dingy Hotel ! Everything needed to be replace if Ihadn't been charged for the room weeks ago I would have left! I gothis Hotel a 1 n only because the ladies working there we nice &friendly! How they can work in such a nasty hotel is beyond me.

Review 3：The bed linens could use some attention. Very small pillows and the down comforter on the bed has some tears and showed a great deal of wear. The overall cleanliness of the room was good. The bathtub/shower while overall clean appears to be dirty and stained. The rooms still have a very distinctive odor of smoke and are slightly musty.

Review 5：The breakfast, the same stuff everyday.. yogurt, pancakes, cereal and sausage and egg. If you don't like it the first day expect to go hungry for the rest of your stay in the morning. Variety is the spice of life.

Review 17：The air conditioner cover was broken not a big deal. The biggest issue is the location. But if you can get past that you'll be fine. Heard music blasting and saw a few homeless by the back of the hotel. To add to this the side door never really shut and locked so anyone could get in if they wanted.

Review 18：Accomodations and staff were great. Everything you'd want from a hotel. Average breakfast and the room was comfortable. Place seemed fairly pet friendly, but we seemed to be the only ones with a pet and there isn't a pet area.

Review 23：I was travelling with my elderly mother so booked two queen bed with shower as my mum can't step into bath tub. I got a king bed which I did not want to share with my mum so ended up on a rollaway that was then put on the bill with a charge of $10!!!!! Not happy!!! Noise from ice machine and banging from builders early in morning. Not a good nights sleep at all.

Review 26：The staff was excellent. We got lost trying to find the hotel and the desk clerk was extremely helpful. Would stay there again.

Review 27：Heating system was uncontrollable. With thermostat set at 64 the room got so warm it woke me at 3 a.m. Had to switch to AC set at 70 to cool room enough to sleep. This was in January. Mgmt said I did not understand how to use thermostat, and that all hotel systems are like theirs. What would you do? I'll never stay there again.

The floors in my room did not appear to have been vacuumed. The curtains were not able to close. The security lights lit up the room. I like it dark.

Review 95：I requested online while booking, a 1st floor room since I had Greyhounds with me. When I checked in, I soon learned they hadn't even reviewed my booking. I had a 3rd floor room, and they were unaware I had dogs. There was a $25 pet free and a $50 deposit because I was paying cash. ???
