Review 1：In January, the wave is too strong at this part, very small beach & hard to swim. The hotel is old, lack of maintenance, shower is weak & bed is not comfortable. Food at restaurant is not good to compare with the price. Poor breakfast with that kind of price.

Review 2：The price is reasonable for high season

Review 3：The rudest staff at any hotel either of us have ever stayed in. No bread at breakfast. No hot water in the shower. Basically, the venue needs to work on providing an enjoyable stay for guests. If you want to pay with USD make sure they are totally new!

Review 6：First bugalow was in b 01 , right next to the street. Someone knocked at my door 3 times after midnight memories which was quite disturbing as a girl traveling alone. However, the receptionist who worked in the next morning didn't seem believing in my "story "and refusing to change room for me, although I knew some guest would check out on the day. Luckily at the end, she managed to fulfill my insistent request , so that I can rest well for the rest of my stay. Housekeeping and AC maintenance did a great job! ! Receptionist in pink tradition dress was very nice and helpful!

Review 7：It's highly cost effective holiday destination, with clean swimming poor and private beach just in front of the resort. Sinh cafe is located right next to the resort for travelers to arrange trips and day tour. Breakfast was ok but within walking distance, you can always find good food around. Seafood area is about 2-3km.

Review 8：Building site next to villa very noisy early mornings. Broken bed had spring sticking through the mattress. Western restaurant food was poor.

Review 10：For our second visit to the resort, we sadly found the private beach wasnot that clean this time, found cigarettes tips and beer cans... Howeverechoed the fact the whole place of muine was not as clean as two yearsago. It was really heart breaking for us who have been there four timesin five years. And the water ran off for two days, from the afternoon ofthe day till noon next day, which means no showers or flushing thetoilet. I think the facilities were quite old and led to such problems.Besides they didn't give any compensation for the inconvenience. Andthe last thing is more like a tip, we were searching for this resort amonth before our stay, and found no room available on booking.com. So wewrote directly to its official email and got a room. And on the date ofour check in, suddenly all rooms are available on booking and with verylow price! I booked one for our friends who hadn't decided a placeto stay yet. So it turned out they got a villa (fancier than bungalow)for about 20 bucks for one night, while we got a bungalow for 27. Butwhatever it was, it worth the money!

Review 11：We have been there twice, 5-6nights stay each time. The breakfast wassoooooo good, not a wide range of choices tho, but love every singleone. Very delicious pancakes and two kinds of fresh juice provided.Plus, the staff were just friendly, not very good English, but enoughfor communication with a little bit help of guest years and pictures. Iwas stunned by a jellyfish during the stay, and showed my wounds and apic of a jellyfish together to the staff, and they rushed to the kitchento find my a kind of sauce, and it healed suprisingly well, which wasreally a special experience. And since it was running by the thien cafe,which had a stand very close to the resort, it makes everything easier.

Review 22：Since Mui Ne is promoted on beautiful beaches I expected a nice bungalow next to the beach and was shocked to see all the plastic and other garbage in the water. Not one beach relatively close was clean, impossible to get in the water. The nice beaches all belong to private expencive resorts, so the once known relax place for budget travelers is not what you will get! The bungalows, although nicely decorated and clean are really close to each other, no sitting area next to the bungalow! All in all it is a really nice resort on the wrong beach!

Review 48：The staff was really unfriendly -as soon as we got there and through our whole stay. I tried to get some extra towels for the pool and they were so rude and almost screamed at me. It really made our stay unpleasant. The only nice thing they did was to bring us hot water for the baby without having asked. moreover the room was really small, hardly any space around the bed. Also our water stopped working.

Review 49：We stayed in a villa room which had a huge bed and no pace around it so little area for luggage. Staff were very unfriendly and often rude. Facilities are a bit run down and could do with a facelift but for the price you couldn't expect much more.
