Review 1：We booked a sea view room. But the room is not exactly facing the sea. "Sea view" in this hotel means in the see portion of the hotel, coz they still have another part on the opposite of the street, which is not so close to the sea.

Review 2：The place is close to restaurants and busy street. It is easy to get food. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is delicious. It is western style, but there is Vietnamese beef noodle soup.

Review 3：有小偷！！Thief!!There is a theif broke into our room at midnight. We just met him. Luckily, we lost nothing. But it is really terrifying. How can be such big Hotel with so poor security?!The staff is not warmhearted and kindly.

Review 15：Love this hotel! Both pools are so nice and the breakfast buffet and spa are superior! Do not be afraid to stay on the hill and near the second pool. I stayed in both deluxe rooms. One with sea view and one with garden. I liked each equally as well. Garden rooms are bigger and the area is really beautiful. Staff is wonderful.

Review 44：The seaside part is very small with rooms surround a tiny pool. Common areas are not adequate to number of rooms. Air con is weak due to poor maintenance. The drain hole in bath tube brings the toilet a terrible smell. You will have to close the hole after shower if you don't want to be in middle of a trash yard next usage. The pool for children is not safe as a step hedge is sharp.

Review 45：Staff of resort is all friendly and helpful. Thanks to trees around the pool, we can enjoy swimming even in sunny daytime. Restaurants are all within 3km. Wi-fi signal is perfect. Everything is clean with care of staff particularly in common areas. The resort is very lovely, nice and quiet during weekdays.

Location also good - you can go to nice restaurants and clubs to one side or to fish markets to the other side. From our point of view it is better to live on a hill side - you do not get a sea view but you also do not get any noise from the pool as all rooms facing sea also face the pool.

Review 49：the staff was not very professional, only few speaks reasonable English. moreover, the staff at the bar counter took money from us for using the plates which he is actually not allowed!

Review 55：Not a complaint but an observation for others looking, the beach wall here is concrete and the beach is narrow thus when there are waves they crash against the sea wall and swimming can be difficult if you have kids....even getting in and out of the surf on the concrete steps proved hazardous. But we will go back.

Review 60：Very nice, comfortable hotel with beautiful garden. Two swimming pools, one on the hill, where was located our rooms and one next to beach. Breakfast was very tasty. Big, clean rooms, with impressive open bathroom. I liked it very much!

Review 61：No beach during high tide - just a concrete wall and stairs. Enteringsea during high tide was too dangerous because there were always waveshitting the concrete wall. Walking along the beach was possible onlyduring low tide. Some "seaside" rooms are located nearly onthe road and look at the road. Going from "hillside" rooms tothe sea requires crossing the dirty and noisy road.

Review 64：Stayed for 5 days over Xmas with family and friends. Had a front sea view room overlooking pool and sea, fantastic. Huge bath but hot water runs out before you can fill it over the step. Very chilled, but not a lot of interaction with staff, no have a nice day, or smiles when they were serving you. Food very good.

Review 70：Very nice and clean hotel. No beach to speak of, but you could swim in the sea if you want. Sandy beach 10 mins. Hotel split by road beach side / hill side. We had hill side which we found nicer, away from Bar, Resturant and live music. 2 pools, hill side very chilled by spa, so calm sounds from the massage area. Some rooms face the road, that would ruin a stay. Staff can be noisy in the mornings but not over the top. On the whole good, cheap drinks, a good designed hotel. Great sea food if you walk right out of reception. Don't book onward journey or bikes from hotel, cheaper elsewhere !!

Review 72：We had a great stay in this authentic hotel. It's no busy western hotel, but a place where you really feel in Vietnam, which is lovely. The staff is really friendly and really thumbs up for the massage team, they are really great! The pools give you the necessary refreshments and in the evening there are enough bars and restaurants around the hotel to visit. The food and the breakfast in the hotel are very nice too and the rooms are amazing and very clean. I would definitely love to come back here!

Review 79：This stay was extremely disappointing. Our sea view room was facing a wall and noisy from the street going through the hotel! Make sure you are clear on where you room is located! Several appliances were broken. We had black-outs, including no A/C nor fan during the night. The lobby PC was broken. The staff at the restaurant could barely understand English and was not helpfull. The menu has no real Vietnamese food. I do not recommend this hotel and it's a shame as the set-up is beatifull.

Review 81：Facilities is bad. When I arrived and while my husband was bathing half way, the power went off. Not expecting that the power tripped that stops the water and the phone service. I have to walk to the counter to inform the stuff as the phone got cut off because the power tripper. I told them that my husband was in the mid of bathing and all I was told is to wait. I booked for a sea view room and then was placed at the back roll when I can only see part of the beach and right beside the road. I request if I could change to the room slightly infront and was told that I have to pay $10USD more.

Review 85：Only one small fault - don't go out and bring in your own drinks or food as they will fine you! We found out the hard way after returning from a trip to the shops in Phan Thiet with 2 cartons of softdrink that we had purchased to get cold as we were heading on a 6 day road trip adventure the next morning (there were 4 of us - 2 couples travelling together), we were stopped on our return to the hotel (last night) and hit up for 100,000 VDG as a fine. They originally wanted 100,000 for each ctn but finally settled half way - we had explained it was for the next day after we checked out but that did not make a difference.

Review 91：- We arrived here after a 16 hour train trip: there was no warm welcome, no drinks, no explanation about the resort.- We booked for 1 night in a double room and 4 nights in a sea view room. We asked the reception if it was possible to change it into 5 nights seaview. It felt if we where not expected here: They didn't understand our question so it took very long. - Then we got a room near the pool with cockroaches and dead flies/mosquitos in the bathroom. The room was a lot smaller then we thought and not clean. - We asked for a bigger room and a clean room, so they gave us a room up the hill. There is no explaination in our booking or on your website that there is a very busy road between the two parts of your hotel. - The room was okay, but the towels were dirty, there were again flies in the toilet and no mosquito net (and a lot of mosquitos). - We asked for a babycot in our booking, but we had to ask 2 times. Then they came with a babybed for a 1 year old (high) bed. It took again long after the guy understand what we needed. There was no linen in the babycot, when we asked for linen a girl wanted to use a towel... You are also the first hotel who will charge us money to use a babycot - for a 2 (almost 3) year old. - The safe wasn't working, then the staff changed it and put a new one in the room, but it remained loose so you could take still it out. We asked 3 times to fix it, but the staff wasn't willing to help out or understand us. - When we were swimming in the pool, there was a man who sprayed lots of pesticide smoke right in front of us. All the people at the pool where holding their hands in front of there faces to avoid to breath the fumes, it was awful! - There is no Wifi in the room so we had to go outside to a restaurant to look for another hotel on our ipad. When you offer this service, it has to work off course. - In general, the staff is not willing to support us in any way. They do not understand English very well.

Welcoming territory, 2pools are enough even in high season - this year we lived from 20/12-03/01. No doubt the best sun loungers along seaside. Big rooms, bigbathrooms. New equipment. Breakfast is quite various (for this priceper night).

The staff at the resort, for themost part, seemed by turns defensive, suspicious and downright hostile,patrolling the poolside asking repeatedly if we were guests. Our grown20-something children were staying nearby, and we had to pay 100,000VND/day for them to use the pool with us. They were challengedrepeatedly by the staff, and the 100k does not buy a towel for the day.Silly little annoyances that detract from what was otherwise a pleasantstay. On checkout, it took an hour for them to remove a bottle of winefrom our bill that we hadn't drunk. And the language barrier goes almostwithout saying.

Review 110：We had a hillside unit, across the road from the beach. This seemed likea disadvantage at first, but the unit was so nice that it didn't botherus. The resort is very well-designed, with a tropical architecturalstyle that is just right for the climate. The bathroom was open-air andvery generous. The bed was on the hard side, but we like it that way.Theinfinity pools and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Thebreakfast buffet was a good value, with a decent selection and goodVietnamese coffee. The overall feel of the resort is very luxurious andwell-considered, which was a pleasant surprise, since that's not true ofmany places.
