Review 1：Only downside. We could not seem to keep the bedroom cool at night. Even putting the thermostat down low.

Review 4：The location was beautiful. The staff was very professional and kind. The room was clean and very well equipped with everything we would need.

Review 5：The beach was crowded and confined between two private property lines. The view was blocked by the resort rental chairs. I came to Florida to enjoy the beach and it was ruined by restricted access and HOA rules of not being able to set up my own tent for some shade. Even if i had been able to set up my tent, my view still would have been sand and the backsides of rental chairs (no water).

Review 17：A little run down in common areas. Beach seemed to be shared with the public, so overcrowded compared to adjacent properties. Beach service available, and we bought it, but the public got there first and set up in front of paid beach service. You don't see that in adjacent properties either.

Review 22：First time in Destin and to have a Beautiful Ocean View room wasperfect. The Resort provided free of charge the usage of 6 grill to cookoutdoor and save money was awesome. My daughter and granddaughter bothenjoyed the 2 daily activities the Resort had planned for the kids.

Review 23：We stayed in unit 211. The garbage shoot passes right next to it, so it gets loud. Opposite the front door is access to the staircase which we liked, because we could avoid the elevator crowd (not a problem to climb one set of stairs) but the garbage collection point is at the end of the stairs and it was overflowing and stinking. Big flying cockroaches can be seen in the stairs and next to garbage..we tried to overlook that until we walked into the unit one evening and big one was on the floor right next to bunk beds in the hallway where my 5 year old slept. One cockroach landed on my leg and totally freaked me out, I wanted to leave the property that moment... For a $1,600 for one week in May, I expect a clean, roach free place.

Review 24：Liked the location, closeness to the beach and the view from the living room balcony and window. Kitchen is big enough to prepare a full meal. It includes oven.

Review 25：No bad experience, just some comments for improvement. The noise level of trash trucks etc... in the mornings early is a buzz kill for relaxing. I still don't really understand what to do with my trash? Please get some soda machines with Mountain Dew in them! :)

Review 26：The location, availability of beach chairs and umbrellas, the beach! The parking garage is really convenient especially if you have a downpour to come in from. Being off of the main Highway (98) for a little way increases the seclusion factor and add to the ambiance of the place. We will return!

Review 27：WiFi wasn't the greatest. We had difficulty getting a good signal. Also the channels on the TV didn't match what was listed in the book provided.

Review 39：Extra cost for cleaning fee. They need to restrict smoking on balconies in non smoking units. Our smoky neighbors stunk up our unit as their smoke was blown right into ours. We has to close our patio door and didn't get to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf.

Review 41：A guy from the resort only called to offer condolences and ask if they could do something but he seemed in a hurry to hung up as I was trying to explain that we would check out a few days early he just said that is was ok and hung up on me. The lifeguard did not know how to do her job.

Review 44：Clean, no keys to keep track of. They supply the cleaning tools for us to do our cleaning, so, no people coming in to our room during our stay, which is great! Everything was very clean and there is a laundry room in each floor!!!! I will definitely be back.
