Review 1：The room I had the shower didn't work or the switch was unoperable.
Review 2：It was clean, affordable, and right down the street from the mall and Wal-Mart.
Review 3：Property needs updates and is somewhat rundown but it is priced accordingly.
Review 4：Good location. Purpose of trip was to shop Historic downtown Rogers and this was an easy drive to our destination.
Review 5：Couldn't get the WI-FI to work, the bedside light did not work (think it was an issue with the outlet) and couldn't get extra pillows. Each bed had an extremely soft pillow and a sturdier one. The soft pillow was useless and when we asked for another pillow we were told "no"!

Review 7：No hair dryer or coffee pot in room no coffee at desk for am plumbing was horrible, shower made a horrible noise when water was on and there was no water pressure, everything was old and outdated! I'll pay more next year and stay closer to Fayetteville and have more comfortable arrangements !
Review 8：The furniture in the room was broke or coming apart, gave me the third degree when I asked for more towels, no vending machines, if you wanted anything you had to ring the bell and they'd sell it to you, that's when the office was unlocked. Just not a good place to stay, not very clean, things falling apart or broke. Pretty run down for what we paid for the room. Left very unhappy. With my whole experience there.

Review 13：Heard there was supposed to be wifi, but never got the passcode. Because I was checking in so late, I had to stand outside like I was at a drive-thru window in 20 degree temps for the entire check-in process.
Review 14：I loved that it was just $35, especially because I arrived at 11:30PM and left at 7:30AM the next morning. Everything was clean, bed was massive and cozy, parking was great, and the heater worked well. It's near the highway and right off a road, so it's easy to find and not too secluded. I felt safe here.

Review 46：It was dirty. We only stayed because we were pressed for time andneeded rest. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't have a cover on it and itwas filthy and a safety hazard. Online it says continental breakfastand they had nothing, not even coffee. Booking.com should not sendpeople there!
