Review 1：We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at the Andaz! We could not fault anything. The views were unbelievable. We especially loved the infinity pools and the availability of sunbeds at all times. The water bottles provided on arrival and the supply of water and suncream by the pools was a nice touch. The 24 hour hot- tub was fantastic too. The Andaz never felt crowded which allowed us to have a romantic honeymoon and feel special. It was exactly what a honeymoon should be like and the staff certainly embodied the Aloha spirit!

Review 2：Should have been more acivities included in the price and yoga etc should have been available at more times during the day. Paying 30 dollars a day for parking creates a bad taste given the per night cost of 699.

Review 4：I had a few things missing. One was a bag I kept with my pool bag that had money and personal items with it. The second thing that was missing were expensive sunglasses in a case with an expensive pair of readers. I would hate to think it was a hotel employee, but it could have easily been another guest. The items were not lost, they were taken very disappointing.

Review 5：The staff was really accomoadating, and I loved that they had courtesy cars that would drive you to dinner, shopping, etc. (within a certain mileage) Everybody we came into contact with in Maui were friendly & kind.

We waited an hour and a half for a table and gotcharged over $70 for what we could have got at a local cafe for $20. Tomake it worse, our room was within earshot of the restaurant, meaningthe crowd waiting outside woke us up every morning as they made idlechit chat during their ridiculous wait.

Review 31：Lots of hidden fees, an example would be no self park, $30 per day valet mandatory. Another thing was food and drink prices. I understand it's "ritzy" and "upscale" but when you're paying $16 for a bourbon drink at dinner it should be more than a 1/16 of a glass of liquid that comes out. I didn't order a shot. Also some of the staff would look you over and then not give the time of day, very put off by that, but most of the staff was friendly

Review 33：The minimalist design of the room was beautiful, but lacking in functionality in a few key areas. The ocean view room we stayed in was lacking in drawers so we had to heap our belongings all over the room and live out of our suitcases. There was no vent in the bathroom to remove the steam from the shower. The shower was at grade with the rest of the bathroom and the bathroom floor would constantly be wet after someone showered. Our room had only one sink which wasn't convenient and the counter was small with slats making it difficult to spread out. The lani chairs were of a modern steel web construction and not comfortable at all. Noise coming from the hall was a bit loud at times. Also, no self parking option whatsoever, so if you come and go frequently, get your tips ready.

Review 34：The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extraordinary. The ambiance was very low key and relaxed. The hotel didn't feel stuffy at all. The location was great. The facilities were pretty top notch. The food was very good, if not a little overpriced as you might expect from a premium hotel.

Contacting guests by phone and email only is impersonal.

Restaurants and pool bar food amazing! Waffle pork fries and grilled lobster cheese our favs by the pool and all dishes at Ka'ana kitchen were fantastic. Book a reservation at the "chefs table", as it's a fun spot to chat with Isaac the head chef and maui chef of the year 2014! So many pools to choose from so it's not over crowded. Best resort we have stayed at!

Scale of furniture and bathroom counter seemed to be designed for the very short person...almost child-sized. The chairs on the balcony were extremely uncomfortable and could not be enjoyed for more than five minutes, which made us feel it was not well thought out or thought out to the point of getting you off your balcony and down to the pool lounge where you would buy food/beverages.
