Review 1：They pretend to offer wellness which is not true. Opening hours of Sauna short. Fitness Studio unprofessionally euipped (e.g. no weights at all). Massage only available with one week! Leadtime. Staff partially unfriendly and without any empathy or engagement.

Review 2：The new bar including its staff was very nice. The breakfast is good. The place is nicely located. The artwork was exceptional.

Review 3：The hotel is getting a bit older. It's still comfortable but could use a bit of a style update. If so, it would be completely perfect.

Review 5：The room was very clean and spatious. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is situated right next to the Belgian Coast. The staff was helpful to find a taxi. In just a few minutes I got a taxi to my destination. I enjoyed my stay here.

Review 10：Fitness centre and pool opening hours could be improved to better suit customer needs. Instead of 0800-2000, 0600 -2200 would be a vast improvement. This hotel should not rate four stars with no bar or restaurant facilities. Reception undermanned at peak times and with the exception of one lovely lady, the staff were inclined to be abrupt and unfriendly.

Review 15：Loved everything - cannot fault the place or staff. Everything was as described or better. Breakfast great - pool/sauna/Jacuzzi great. All staff were helpful, kind and very pleasant. Site perfect in all aspects. Once again we were very impressed and have already booked to go back at end of the month with our granddaughter and her friend.

Review 16：The basic double room was very small and there was a constant low hum noise coming from somewhere, but they did change the room and upgraded us free of charge.

Rooms were really clean and had all you needed such as roomy balcony with seating; safe; fridge; slippers; toiletries; robe; bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities. Pool/Jacuzzi/sauna/showers all clean even had extra towels and slippers available for use. Breakfast was amazing!!!!! Best we had ever had included in cost of room. They had such a selection that it is impossible to name it all. It included fresh pastries of many descriptions; all cereals; breads; toppings & spreads; cold meats; cheeses; smoked salmon; scrambled eggs; bacon; tomatoes; hot dog sausages; boil your own eggs; fresh fruit; juices; hot drinks; Prosecco and on and on. All hotel staff were friendly and polite. Located on promenade close to beach; restaurants; shops and casino. This hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable break in Ostend.

Review 18：Our room smelt of mould, damp smell. Carpet tiles were stained and coming up. Really warm in the room, opened sliding doors and a noise of a pump all night long. Shame really because room was a nice size and shower was great!

Review 20：The shower head was very basic for the price of the room! There was no lift to 9th floor, just the 8th so it could be a big problem for very elderly visitors! You need to pay twice the price for a sea view, which is a pity...

They didn't even ask the 'standard' question: 'did you enjoy your stay?' - they asked nothing and you felt you were bothering them by coming to the reception. There is no spa in the hotel any longer which is a real pity.

Review 33：We have stayed regularly at the Andromeda hotel over the years and the location is perfect - beside the Casino on the promenade overlooking the sea. The room was fabulous (Junior suite with Sea view). The breakfast was top class.

Review 45：From the moment our bags were taken from the boot of our car and placed in our 6th floor room until they were taken back to the underground garage and replaced into car we had pleasant cheery service. The meal in the Gloria Restaurant was excellent, also one taken in the Brasserie. Having taken a sea facing balcony room we were pleased to have a grandstand view of the summer fireworks which happen on each Monday evening around 10.00 (July/August) on the beach directly in front of the hotel.
