Review 1：We stayed here for $37.22 on a Thursday night in January and loved it. We met our family the next day that had a cabin for 5 families. The following Sunday we stayed at a "higher end" place for 3x the price and was not near as happy as we were when we stayed at Riverview Inn. I'm most happy with the great rate I was able to get. If the rate stays consistent I will return and also refer others

Review 4：My heat didn't work and I have a 1 year old and they couldn't fix the heat so they brought me a portable heater. I could not sit it up away from him because there were no plugs. So I had to keep it in the floor. She told me he looked sleepy and it would be OK after he went to sleep.
Review 5：It was a clean room overall.
Review 6：No breakfast except donuts and coffee. For a pregnant woman like me that just wouldn't work. Shower wouldn't drain while water was running. The cost was higher due to the holiday and the room really wasn't worth the price since breakfast wasn't included. Overall it was a good experience.
Review 7：I loved the balcony!! It was so nice to go out and see the fire works for new years as well as in the early morning. The suite with the jacuzzi was a big plus since we booked last minute!
Review 8：There was hair from previous tenants on the bathroom floor...roaches in the bathroom...spilt coffee on the counters from the previous tenants and when I asked for clean sheets they said that they had NO CLEAN FITTED SHEETS. When I complained about the filth they showed me their other rooms that were alot cleaner....apparently smoking rooms are not cleaned as well as other non smoking rooms.

Review 10：Didn't bother me because I was not expecting this, but do not expect breakfast. They offer coffee and doughnuts in lobby. This is a lower price property so there may be finishes that are not perfect. This is not a high end room for a low price but it is a great deal.
Review 11：I liked the location. Close to everything without being right in it. This was a busy time we went. Price great, back patio nice extra and clean enough. Great value for a low price. Flat screen t.v. , fridge and microwave in room.

The Breakfast is pretty pathetic. They only had one box of Krispy Krème doughnuts that was actually empty a couple days. Kinda funny really.

Review 25：I had revers actions confirmed for a non-smoking balcony room. Copy of the reservation confirmed in my iPad. I accepted the same room except not a balcony room on the first floor. It was nice so no regret.

Review 39：The hair dryer had layers of dirt and paint on it. The back door had been kicked in and was repaired poorly; the latch remained broken and didn't secure properly. The staff was indifferent and abrupt.

Review 41：Room had roaches crawling from the walls. When I went to the front office my money wasn't returned I left and drove 6 hours at night home. Called Sunday and was told management didn't talk with guest about problems on Sunday to call Monday. I called Monday and was told "he not in". I still haven't got a return call or my money. This place is unfit!!!!
Review 42：The outlet for the floor lamp did not work, so the floor lamp had to be moved and an extension cord had to be purchased in order to use the lamp. Because the microwave, T.V., and fridge were all plugged in to the same outlet, there was no outlet to plug in the wall lamp located near the T.V. These two problems together resulted in one source of lighting for the entire room, except for the bathroom. The light in the room with the tub/shower was very dim.
Review 43：The room was full of roaches the entire month I was there. I had two get in bed with me. I used two cans of roach spray but did not get rid of them. Management did nothing but have maintenance spray around baseboards with a can.

I got to the Motel andthey up the price because they said it was a non smoking room that Ihad to pay five dollars more.(Never heard of that before) Being anonsomker I could smell this room has been smoked in. Cigarettes burnon the bedding and burns in the side of the bath tube.We were tired andour time limited in the area, we stayed knowing not much time would bespent in the room. After two days we decided to stay one more night andthey told me there were no more rooms but they had one room that had ajacuzzi in it but it would be a lot more for the room. Seeing I wasbeen baited for more money we packed up and left. Will I ever staythere again. No

Review 47：The floors were dirty, walked from the bathroom to the front of the room and the bottom of our feet were black, also could us an exterminator as there were baby roaches all over the room, had to shake everything out to make sure we did not take any of them home with us.

Review 61：The bathroom was nasty, there was hair in our towels from previous occupants, hair all in the shower. There's only one light in the whole room that was very dim. None of the doors sealed and the balcony door actually came open while we were out and made our room extremely hot when we got back. There aren't any hair dryers like most decent hotels have. This is by far the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Review 75：Paint splatter on the floor, the cracks in the wall, the room had no alarm clock and the tv was not as advertised. The sign said LED tv's and they did not have that. drapes were dirty and wore out and had holes. Dirty and shower head. Soda can was out back and the carpet was dirty and made our feet black. The back private area was not mowed. Bugs in the bed was not nice at all.
Review 76：We liked the people that were cleaning the rooms and we liked the front desk clerk and the free wifi. The location was wonderful.
Review 77：We were supposed to get queen beds and we only got full size beds. The air condition didn't work. The dresser was missing drawers. And there was not enough lighting in the room the room felt dark overall it was just an uncomfortable stay and it was very out dated.

Review 81：I loved that just right outside my door was the river. The ducks were so fun to watch and there is a grassy lush yard that allowed children to play about. Also there is a field just across the river with horses. It was so relaxing and convenient to everything! Just after we checked in and settled into our room a staff member came by just to make sure we were comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel when visiting TN from now on.

Felt like a motel 6 but higher cost. Will look for another hotel next visit.

Review 99：I decided to go here and give it a try. I didn't walk out of there with bed bugs, but the room was extremely dirty. If it wasn't 1am in the morning, I would of requested a refund, but we were tired of driving. The room wasn't bad when I first walked in there, it appeared clean. Then I was getting ready for bed and there was hair all in the sheets, the toilet was dirty with hair in it, and the floor was gross. I gave this place a chance, since I read some pretty terrifying reviews. It was bad, and I'm sure there is potential. I will not be staying here again though.
Review 100：I'm disappointed, I've stayed here so many times and always givea 10 in my review, but this time around I went and as I get out of car aman comes running and saying, oh no you have bed bugs here, we'll hewas mad! I was like no way I've never seen anything here and I comea lot.. Well I went in and paid anyway and I inspected the beds like Iwould anywhere, and I didn't see anything, but that morning which Ididn't get there till late at night but in morning I seen a roach, Iwas freaked out.. I guess he did see a Bedbug, I seen a roach for 1sttime :( if you see 1 there are lots more where that come from... So Ididn't stay my whole week just that night.. Thank god I didn'tpay for the whole week.. And the old tvs in some room need to go totrash, fix the things that need it, I have to find a favorite placeagain :( I'm not happy at all...

When I reported it,I was told it was too late and nothing could be done. Couldn't even put me in different room. My daughter complained and they put a different one in later. There were horses and geese on the bank each morning.

The deal I got online was $90.18 for 2 nights, but when I pulled up, the sign started their rates started at $29. And the motel reflected that. I felt like the reviews we posted by someone trying to make them look good.
