Reviews for Sea Links Beach Resort & Golf

Review 1:Internet is a bit slow. You need to walk 10 minutes or take a hotel golf car to get to the beach (which is not a problem).

Review 2:Huge territory, developed infrastructure.

Review 3:poor English communication skill, but attitude is good.

Review 4:rich selections of breakfat, spacious room with two beach chairs on the balcony, admire breathtaking seaview

Review 5:Only issue was the resort's requirement to hold passports for entire stay or pay a deposit.

Review 6:staff were amazing. Location was within easy walking distance. Rooms were very comfortable.

Review 7:Hotel stuff cant speak english, they are kind but very slow. Not good restaurant at hotel. Recommend to go to city for some streetfood.

Review 8:Nice golf course, perfect beach, clean hotel. For golfers great location.

Review 9:I had not good experience with staffs here: i. The junior staff intended to charge me more for my older daughter, though I had booked another room (superior). Fortunately, the senior staff reviewed and corrected; ii. When checking out, that senior staff apologized for her mistake. She said she arrange another deluxe room (same with mine) for my daughter, so I had to pay more.

Review 10:The facilities are very good.

Review 11:the reception staff is the worst i have ever experienced: very unpolluted, poor english, any care about the customer, making problems everywhere from everything. just because the hotel itself is very nice i won't write my bad experience.

Review 12:The rooms are huge, live piano play during breakfast, the cake before sleep, free shuttle to the beach, even its a very big hotel you feel as alone :)

Review 13:The equipment inside bathroom seems to be broken apart when we arrived. However, they got them all prepared swiftly after my reports.

Review 14:The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 15:The design and decoration might be a bit old fashioned...

Review 16:Spacious Room, Splendid Sea View from the balcony, the resort has regular shuttle bus sending guests to the beach. Breakfast is beyond my expectations, offering many choices. Lunch at Resturant is also good with reasonable price!

Review 17:This is a typical Vietnamese Hotel which means they made a huge hotel with big rooms and a big lobby and a big ballroom etc, but the place lacks personality and warmth which u would expect from a 5 star hotel. The lighting for instance in the hallways looks like a hospital, the bar at the "lounge" is depressing. The rooms itself is kind of depressing (Typical Vietnamese cheesy style furniture) and the beds are way to hard which resulted in 3 really uncomfortable nights. The shower hose holder was loose so water was spraying everywhere and the internet was super slow. Not to mention the breakfast, that offers a very wide selection of dishes, all of which of mediocre quality at best and everything is cold. It's a real pity that they made such a local style hotel on a nice location like this. If you've come to Mui Ne and seek shelter and dont value atmosphere, this might be the place for you...but if you come for relaxation, better look somewhere else, there are 3-star resorts out there that offer better hospitality...

Review 18:The location is nice, high on top of a hill with a great view from the room and the panorama terrace where u can have breakfast etc. Its a bit far from the main strip but easily to reach with a taxi.

Review 19:The staff do not think about what you might want. You have to constantly request stuff that would be obvious to western staff in the hospitality industry e.g I would like another drink! Staff do not think to upsell so you have to go to them for service.

Review 20:The pool area is fabulous

Review 21:- Large territory, huge beautiful halls - The whole design of the hotel an territory, it was really impressive - Lot of plants, trees, flowers everywhere, aquarium and fish pool - Few big swimming pools, always perfectly clean - My room with own terrace, with jasmine tree that was in blossom, smelling so nice - View from my room to the sea an hotel golf fields - Amount of additional free options like wi-fi, bicycles, towels, baggy to the beach that where ready to take me there even before I asked, local phone calls, and many other - All stuff was so nice, always helpful, even I directly did not ask for assistance, stuff helped in every situation. - Lot of other opportunities on Sea Links territory for rest and fun, like Wine Castle, fishing, golf - Very beautiful beach - Welcome fruits and wine in my room really touched me, that was so nice after long way to hotel - Personal birthday cake for my roommate in her room as she had a birthday, that was big surprise - After I left hotel, back home I realized that I forgot my wallet in safe box, so I wrote down to hotel and the stuff made everything I asked for to return that wallet to me. Thank you dear Sea Links for my vacations, I think that is the best hotel I ever been.

Review 22:WiFi is terrible! Think to buy some sim card with internet to be sure that you are online.

Review 23:I think it is really good that the hotel is little bit far from Mui Ne. Cause at the evening it's great to coe to quiet place with goood bed))))

Review 24:Service is terrible, no one speaks English (explain something more difficult than the point from the menu is impossible, believe me). Everybody are very slow, you need to wait for everything, but the most problem is transfer to the beach- considering the beach is located in 15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have the transfer between the hotel and the beach, and you need to be ready to wait for this minicar for 10-20 minutes, especially when you are going from the beach. Sometimes it makes you crazy.

Review 25:Price

Review 26:Cookies the personal brings to your room each day 5 PM. They're so persistent... knocking on your door and if noone is in they come in without asking. Kind of weired. Kept 'do not disturb' warning to avoid those...

Review 27:Restaurant is great, both breakfast and cocktails/dishes ordered at any time

Review 28:More like 4star, buffet breakfast poorly monitored as a lot of items either ran out or were cold, pool bar unhygienic, majority of staff unhelpful and fairly moody, beach is a buggy ride away and food was poor.

Review 29:Views and room terrace

Review 30:Staff hasn't been trained properly. One of the incident Was we had order 4 meals for dinner only 3 came out, other parties nearly finished their meal we reminded the staff of the 4th meal, the staff completely lost the order and asked what was ordered.

Review 31:Location, breakfast

Review 32:Some equipments need maintenance and fixing.

Review 33:Improvment in food quality, and swimming pool cleanliness. Big comfortable room, with all facilities: WIFI, terrace / balcony. Very pelasant stay, despite the baad weather.

Review 34:It was quite good in general.

Review 35:very bad quality of service. Not at the level of 5 stars as they claim

Review 36:Swimming pool, Kids playground

Review 37:A nice place for leaving

Review 38:I have been played golf with my son. And his caddy was so kind to my son. I feel so great. Thanks again to him.

Review 39:Great experience. Terrific view, cozy room

Review 40:Staff struggled with English, and service competence was not always at a 5 star level.

Review 41:Very nice people and nice pool, beach and golf course.

Review 42:Breakfast Buffet

Review 43:not pro enough to be a 5 star but acceptable

Review 44:For me personally there were no real negatives, but for some people beach would be a bit far i guess. Water in the swimming pools was too warm for me - would be the same in any hotel in muine i think.

Review 45:I liked absolutely everything: from the spacious and comfortable room to hotel territory, breakfast (various and tasty) and what it made even more perfect - stuff was very helpful and polite.

Review 46:*buggies from/to hotel-beach are not regular, we had tp look for someone to drive us to the beach. Smtms after wasting about 10-15 min. had to walk, which was not pleasant with such a hot sunny weather *staff hardly spoke/understood English *due to such lack of English we couldn't get any kind of desinsector so had to suffer from mosquitoes in the room *pork almost in every sandwich or burger which should be stated separately! we had to leave much stuff after ordering and paying for it as we couldn't eat it cause of the pork *some of guests' kids peed in the pool! and no one from the staff although watched it didn't say a word to them or their parents *the hotel should give the dryers as all the resorts do, so that the wet bathing suits are not placed somewhere on the chairs There are even more drawbacks like noise/discomfort etc, just my impression is that the hotel is not 5 star and I will not go back there and would not recommend it to any of my friends.

Review 47:*breakfasts are rich *cabs are easy to find *staff tried to be friendly

Review 48:Not 5* in service only in its appearance. Basic English like water, salt would be good for staff to learn. It's away from main strip but nothing is walkable. Need to get a taxi. They could offer a courtesy bus into town. The hotel was empty when I stayed, which seems to be a common case. The restaurant caters for the western holiday maker serving continental dishes. Luckily I have stayed in Vietnam over 3 weeks so have tasted the local cuisine which the restaurant here fails in. Not directly on the beach but nice to have a shuttle service.

Review 49:The layout, pool all the aesthetics were great. Nice size bedrooms.

Review 50:Bad English of staff. There was no hot water in our room, just a bit warm and we couldn't enjoy the bathing. The link with the sea of "Sea links" finishes at 6 pm. Generally we felt ourselves as in average 4 star hotel if you forget about massive building of hotel and expensive buffets.

Review 51:Nice breakfast, huge building and good pool.

Review 52:Since the main road is right behind the beach, it might be quite noisy at times, especially if you take the chairs which are located in the second row. It's much more quiet in the fist row. Level of English demonstrated by the staff is quite low which makes communication really complicated (though this is not a problem of Sea Links specifically).

Review 53:Hotel has a very big and beautiful territory which is good for walks - this was like a breath of fresh air after dirty and noisy Mui Ne. Hotel is located far from the seaside, but since it's standing on a hill, there's a great view on the sea and surroundings. Hotel beach is easy reachable by a shuttle or by motobike if you rent it. There's a security on the beach, thus only Sea Links guests are allowed to pass. Rooms are tidy, comfy, spacious and good looking. At first breakfast shocks with a huge number of dishes offered, most of which however are a local cuisine. All food was of a good quality and taste. Staff is very kind and ready to help on every matter.

Review 54:We were quite disappointed at first. The hotel in my eyes is not close enough to the beach to be called a beach resort. It's also far from the town and resturants. Russians absolutely take over and the staff are too busy running round after them to look after their other guests.

Review 55:The pool and pool service was fantastic. Rooms are spacious and each have a large balcony.

Review 56:there were a few small problems: one was the uncomfortable nature of some loungers on the balconies (one of which was on our balcony). I would have also liked some small UHT milk for a morning cup of tea. Finally, I had to pay for ice delivered to the room.

Review 57:The hotel is situated in vast grounds overlooking many private villas and the sea.The facilities were comprehensive and extensive with a demanding 18 hole championship golf course, large, twin swimming pools, spa and well-equipped gym. Breakfast was varied and enormous. it was the policy for all staff to be friendly and polite all the time and this did make a difference. The room was both comfortable and spacious. there was a continual shuttle to take guests back and forth to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here

Review 58:Самый новый, самый чистый и самый продвинутый в плане менеджмента отель на побережье. Красив, современен. Отлично расположен, в стороне от муравейника Муй Не. The newest, the cleanest and with the best management on the shore. Very good location - out of big dirty Mui Ne formicary.

Review 59:At the beginning I did not understand why we were almost alone in thehotel, but then I realized that this is a bonus, you really stay as ifyou a Star)

Review 60:The hotel has a really huge territory - it is really like a small citywith luxury villas, apartments and hotel itself. The fact it is locatednot in Mui Ne itself is really a bonus, as it is very quiet and great ifyou really want to have a good rest without those noisy and dirty streetof Mui Ne. Taxi is comming in 3 minutes upon request on front desk andyou pay only 2$ to get to Mui Ne itself if you want to get there. Thestaff is excellent, very friendly atmosphere, various meals on thebreakfast, excellent fitness center with new equipment. The sea is overthe road and electro buggy will deliver you upon first glance on thehotel staff, this should not be considered as inconvenience really asyou travel only 3 minutes and enjoy the view of the Sea Links territory. You would also enjoy the life music at breakfasts with a great pianist.I would also add that you can also order meals on the beach includinggrilled fresh sea products that staff is cooking perfectly right there. There is really no need to go to eat somewhere else in Mui Ne but enjoyyour meals right on the beach.

Review 61:The staff should really try to improve their english, they hardly understand anything and the english level seems to be much worse than in other parts of Vietnam. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that 80% of the people -besides the Vietnamese - here are Russion Secondly, the style of the hotel is straight from the 80's, restaurant seems hopelessly outdates which doesn't really benefit the atmosphere (same for the hotel lobby). Suggest that they update the style at some point in time.

Review 62:Excellent swimming pool (never seen any larger pool), helpful staff, good rooms and a superb view over the pool, golf courses and sea. Great hotel for a relaxed couple of days. Center of Mui Ne costs you around 50k VND, 5 minutes drive.

Review 63:Location: The hotel is situated apart from the noisy streets of Muine, but it's very easy and cheap to get thereby taxi if needed Service: The service is excellent everywhere around the hotel (room service, restaurant, beach bar etc.), the staff does its best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant Facilities: luxury hotel with designed rooms equiped by smart home system Food: cheap fresh juices, delicious meals a la carte, deversified breakfast with the pianist, playing live during the breakfast

Review 64:Beach is small and close to the road so it is pretty noisy there

Review 65:Had a great stay in this hotel, it is spacious and has nice golf club. It was almost empty on weekdays but full of people on weekends. The staff was really sweet.

Review 66:It is advertised as 5 star but the food and service are very far fromthat caliber. We didn't pay 5 star prices so were not expectingquite the Intercontinental but all the same we did not expect theextremely dirty table cloths we encountered (I mean whole cups of spiltcoffee and food everywhere not just a little here and there) as well ashaving to share the table with other guests, no-one to serve you coffee. No time to make you eggs. Breakfast was a truly awful experience and thefood was very low quality (oily, cheap cuts of meat, generally lightbrown, fried, swimming in oil). The staff (in some instances not others)was not well trained forgetting to collect you at arranged times, ontheir mobile phones, poor English, (that's fine of course just notexpected in a hotel claiming to be 5 star hotel)

Review 67:Great room, excellent value for the room itself, the swimming pool andtennis courts all fantastic. The beach though it seems artificial isclean and quiet. The hotel has golf buggies to ferry you around. Thereceptionists were well trained and very helpful. As were other inmanagement positions.

Review 68:It's quite away from the action of the main street, ie a short taxi ride and although their beach us private it's a golf buggy ride to get their.

Review 69:It's a great property that is well looked after, variety of food on offer at breakfast was immense too. The pool area was huge and well maintained

Review 70:Staff has real problems with understanding and speaking English. But they were so friendly and careful that it wasn't a big deal for me.

Review 71:Very careful, friendly and hard working staff. Very fast reaction on guests requests. People don't say "no". When we checked in there was fruits as complimentary. We had an amazing vacation with my family. I surely recommend this hotel and would be glad to stay in it again.

Review 72:This hotel purports to be a beach hotel and is advertised as such. Infact it is on top of a hill, a very long way from any beach and then itis a tiny private piece of sand for families with next to no facilities. This should be made clear in the promotion which is quite false. Thereis a buggy service (irregular and often infrequent) from the hotel tothe private beach but it stops at 5.30 to 6pm. It goes nowhere near thebeach proper of Mui Ne nor its town One feels imprisoned in the hoteland should be promoted only for golfers and families with young childrenwho are happy to stay at the pool and do not wish to visit the town ofMui Ne. The hotel promotion even mentioned the kite surfing attractionsof Mui Ne but these are no where near the hotel . Taxi transportation tothe beaches proper and the attractions of the town are required severaltimes a day. The promotional materials are totally misleading and mustbe clarified. When we arrived we were told that there was a'compulsary' banquet on New Year's evening which we had topay for as an extra and attend. There was no infromation about the costsand detail of the dinner prior to making the booking - how can acustomer be expected to agree to this without knowing what is beingbought ? It is frankly outrageous. The whole situation ant this hotelwas so poor and expensive that I transferred to a hotel on the beach intown and obtained much better services overall and at less expense. Youyneed to review your recommendation of the hotel. I would recommendfriends to ge to Mui Ne but definitely not to stay at the Sea LinksHotel which was an unpleasant experience and certainly not good valuefor money.

Review 73:Not enought beds near the beach and the sea! We could'n find a placeto sunbathe! I never saw such things in any other hotels! Stronglyrecommend to buy enought beds for all the visitors + umbrellas

Review 74:Everything except for the mentioned below

Review 75:1. Most of the staff didn't speak good English, didn't speak Russian at all (more than 50% guests are Russian).2. Restaurant is bad, once they brought rotten chicken. 3. Doctor speaks only Vietnamese. Even with interpreter couldn't help with simple things.

Review 76:Nice building, spacious rooms well equipped.

Review 77:Lunch menu is scarce and far from gourmet. Pools are not filled with sea water. To get to the beach from the hotel one needs to take an electro-car. Several years later here will be built a condominium, and that's a pity.

Review 78:Design of the hotel facilities and rooms. Location is perfect because it's a bit distinct from the main shopping centre and possesses spacious fields for golf

Review 79:It is not the place to travell with the kids. No facilities, no entertaiment for kids. The thing that i didnt like the most is the absence of the beach. The beach is very narrow, extrely wavy, no water sports at all. Kids cannot swim in the sea at that beach.

Review 80:The hotel is really nice. Great, bug and modern rooms. The spa service is excellent and very affordable. Golf fields seemed to be nice, eventhough, i dont play golf.

Review 81:Beds were a little hard.

Review 82:Pools, facilities, food was excellent. Access to golf and beach was great.

Review 83:Rushing with breakfast

Review 84:But far near beach

Review 85:all is right

Review 86:Poor level of Engish

Review 87:Big area of the hotel Swimming pool for kids and adults

Review 88:For staff: need improve the level of English

Review 89:Everything like :-). The staff very try to be the best.

Review 90:they could improve on maintenance

Review 91:its very spacious and clean

Review 92:Staff cant speak english, Food is 4 Star quality

Review 93:Location, breakfast, view, pools, hospitality

Review 94:a little far from the downtown of Muine.

Review 95:nice view, great swimming pool,so warm and friendly staff.

Review 96:The hotel is not so green, the staff should learn english.

Review 97:Good hotel with exsellent service, rich breakfast and well-wishing staff

Review 98:Overpriced, service at the restaurant, food

Review 99:Estate, view,

Review 100:There are few beach umbrellas and beach beds on the beach. There's no cafe on the beach.

Review 101:It's a very nice and comfort place to spend holidays
