Review 1：The hotel was a little further away from "town" but there was a shuttle bus we discovered a little late. Thought that the food at the hotel was on the expensive side from what we've had so far.

Review 2：Even though it was a wee way away from the town, it was just what the doctor ordered - a beautiful hotel at the end of the beach line. Our room over looked the court yard with a massive water feature leading down to the pool, restaurant and beach. Gorgeous. The room itself was perfect for us - more than enough room. A big thank you to Jacky at reception for all the help booking our onward journey on the bus to Saigon.

Review 3：Not quite on the main drag of Mui Ne, but as the main street was nothing special, this was preferable. The beach attached was not as nice as some of the other beaches around, but the pool etc. made up for it.

Review 5：1.Reception staff ask me to afford the service charge of using credit card maks me feel so bad. 2.One day Jeep tour was more expensive than booking out of Hotel. 3.Housekeeping was so poor,so does the breakfast. 4.We ask the reception staff to book the shin cafe bus but the price was much higher than booked in shin cafe office.and different day told me the different price. 5.Too much stones in the beach,it's impossible to have fun in the see in case you going to use nearly hotels.

Review 8：Fantastic scenery. The hotel is trying very hard to provide a top class service. Staff are always eager and available to help. Nice pool area, and very good choice of food and beverages.

Review 9：Location is a bit further than others on the strip. It's pretty big place but not that much happening. They didn't have very great area restaurant recommendations and we ended up at a giant brauhaus.

Review 10：The staff was nice and pretty amiable about ordering taxi or answering questions. The pool and views are nice. The rooms clean and nice balcony. The dinner menu didn't seem that good but the breakfast was sufficient. They had 1 room ready for early check in. The rooms were quiet but maybe not that busy day.

Review 15：Agreeing with other reviews, the beach is not the best in this area (toomuch of sharp rocks), you technically could not swim here at all.Though, we did go to the strip next door and had a great time (verysandy, soft and nice). It is legal to swim in the neighbour'ssection of the beach since the local legal system does not recognisesole proprietary ownership of any beach in vn. So, next time you enjoythe beach, do not be intimidated by Security staff of the neighbourresort. Only drawback is that you cannot use the neighbour'sfacilities E.G. decks and towels.

Review 16：Originally we were allocated a room with 2 single beds combined intoone, so it was not comfortable at all. We requested for change, thestaff promptly replied that the bed was fixed, however they transferredus to another room with better views, nicer bed, etc. All took 15mins tosettle, i'm impressed.

Review 17：Really recommend this Hotel. The staff was very helpful(specially the lovely Hotel Manager), great location by the beautiful beach and the rooms were great. The food at the restaurant was also very good with both asian and western food. I think the best part would be enjoying the buffé breakfast and the ocean view in the mornings. Going back again thats for sure!

Review 18：Breakfast was not much of a choice. Staffs was friendly if they understand you. One of their staff who guide us to our room was extremely helpful on giving us a head up what to expect from the town & overall. Very nice guy too bad i didn't catch him name.

Review 19：Overall stay was good and comfortable though the beachfront view was not a good sight but anyway, vietnam is not famous for its beach. Apart from the renovation works noise, it's a cosy place to stay for rest and relax out of city.

Review 20：Web site misleading shows clean beach - it is rocky and dirty. Staff are quite rude saying no happy hour because of holidays yet the bars says otherwise. They tried to charge £30 for a £5 excursion, use a taxi. If you bring in your own drinks you are accused of being dishonest.

Slight inconvenience if you wish to swim in the sea, nearest area safe for swimming is a 5min stroll from the beach bar.

Review 45：the breakfast is poor.the restaurant dose not deserve such a high price.in the first room we live,the sheet is really dirty,so we changed another one.the second room is even worse,the next morning we found something dose not belong to us under the pillow.we kindly return it to the reception,the women there gave us a really bad face,she just threw it in the bin,looked at us with her ugly face,said nothing but we found fire in her eye.we asked her to call the taxi,she made us waited for half an hour.u should never go there,never.too many better choice with the same price.

Review 49：the location is too far from all the entertainment, had to take taxis everywhere, the reception staff was not that freindly and nice, the room was clean but the bedding was not that new and fresh, had to ask fro it to be chained and still has stains on it . I think the price was too much for it but have to take the peak tourist season into consideration too.

Review 57：No scooters available to rent at the hotel so we had to source our own. You do need a bike to get around as the hotel is a short taxi ride out of town and the town is a very long strip so you need a mode of transport.

The garden is beautiful and it smelled so good all around the hotel. It is located quite a bit out of Muine "town", maybe a 20 min walk, but the location makes it very calm and quiet. We definitely reccomend this hotel!

They offers free bus ticket booking service and when we changed another Hotel, the front desk staff called us to make sure that we have well noted of the bus coming time. The Hotel environment is clean and beautiful with a big swing pool and flower.

Review 69：We love the peace and quiet of the resort. It's a little out of town but taxis only cost 2-3 dollars to get into the Muine strip. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with balconies that provide amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices catered for most nationalities.
