Review 1：Hair dryer and bathroom outlets didn't work; entire place was shabby. The heat was extremely noisy and not very effective.
Review 2：Very clean and in a convenient location. Able to walk to a few restaurants.

Review 5：The room smelled like sewage. The mounted hair dryer did not work. Sheets had holes. Had to ask for towels. Maid failed to clean shower stalls and remove an ice cream bar from freezer from previous tenant, never made the beds during our stay, floors were never cleaned during our stay, no coffee pots in room and the hotel did not make fresh coffee during our stay. No ice machine. This should be rated a class 1 motel.

I thought it was funny when the desk clerk explained that, until I realized the number had fallen off room 11 and was never replaced. Still thought it was funny - my adult children were not as amused.

Review 15：I kept trying to call in for a late arrival and a foreign person kept answering the phone "No manager" "No Manager" and hanging up. Never got to stay because I couldn't confirm late arrival ALL DAY LONG! 9 phone calls including the booking agent. Ruined my potential for my only few hours sleep before picking my son up at a nearby Boy Scout camp at 7 a.m. the next morning. Waste of time. I will gladly pay more for an English speaking person to confirm my special request. Thank you Budget Inn for ruining the first time I tried to book a hotel in my life!
Review 16：We got there at 8:30 pm and were tired. They said only one of our two rooms were ready and to give them 5 minutes. It was over 30 minutes later before our room was ready. They said Booking.com didn't tell them we were coming. They did honor the price however.

Isthere a way to get a refund of my money?? We went for a get away due to4 family deaths in 3 weeks only to get called home because my Mom wastaken to the hospital again by ambulance. Review 51：the location was horrible the room may have been clean but I slept fully dressed and never took a shower my family did the same and we left at 4 a.m. I was shocked by the location and what this so called hotel looked like. I stayed at budget inns before and this should not even carry that name. It was the worst type hotel I ever stayed at it. They even said they rent rooms out as apartments and when you hear a woman screaming at 2 a.m. saying she can not wait to get the bleep out of there you want to get the heck out of there.
Review 52：It was small and Renovations weren't complete yet. The parking lot is tight as well. No problem for small cars but an extended wheelbase pickup truck would be difficult to park.

Review 54：They are in the middle of renovating. I arrived at 7:30 and my room was not ready. There was a bed platform and a desk. I went to dinner and around 9 I was finally able to enter the room. The next night I found a puddle on the floor because rain had leaked in from the air conditioner. To be fair the owner addressed the issue quickly. Also they advertised free continental breakfast which consisted of a basket of packaged muffins. Again it was $40 a night so it was about what I expected.

Review 60：It was freezing when we got there, there was only an Electric spaceheater in the room, that didn't work, there was a hole in thebathroom wall for plumbing and the bathroom was never warm at all, itwas dirty, the continental breakfast advertised was a couple of verysmall treats from the Dollar Store and very bad coffee! When I asked fora discount do to all the things that were wrong, I was rudely told no!The owner did not even try to make up for everything that waswrong...there were other rooms available and we were told there werenot, I will never go there again, nor would I ever recommend this placeto anyone!
