Review 1：The phone would ring once and stop and it did this the entire stay.
Review 2：My kids loved the indoor water slides and pool. I loved the staff they were very friendly.
Review 3：Check in was two hours late. I gave the kids a bath and turned on the jets and when they got out there was a film in the tub looked like dead skin.

Review 5：They told us check In time was 4:00 but we had to wait and room wasn't ready till 8:00. I pd $246 per night, so by the time we got in and settled in on first night it was time to go to sleep. They should set check out for a later time like 4:00 when the room isn't ready @ 4 like they say. Also front desk clerk wasn't friendly at all. She didn't say sorry bout the wait or anything. And dishes in cabinet were dirty.

Review 9：We had a man come into our room about 11 oclock at nite. My grandchildren were asleep on the sofa bed and my son in the king size bed. By the time my son heard what was going on, the man said i am sorry and turned around and left.

Review 13：There was hair in the bathtub when we got there. The carpets were not very clean. Everytime we opened the oven to take something out the smoke alarm went off. Every time the toast came up in the toaster the smoke alarm went off. We were given a room right next to the elevator and it was noisy all night long.

The room was not clean , carpet dirty , decor very dated and showing a lot of age don't be fooled by phony reviews and fixed up pictures. Room smelled bad and pets are allowed saw them going into building on 2 separate occasions. Very poor !!

Review 24：Issues with customer service, room and facility cleanliness, and housekeeping -- all need serious improvement. We have gone to this resort for 8+ years and won't return. No reason roaches and other bugs should be in the bedroom and bathroom. Hallways and stairwells smell of urine. The front desk feels it is unacceptable to have to notify guests when a pizza is delivered and then hangs up on you when asking if it has arrived. Also, missing coffee pot and other basic toiletries is clearly a lack of quality of housekeeping staff. Was told the GM would call and never did after our checkout. No discounts or any other incentives to visit there another time. Clearly this facility feels they have enough business and don't need to treat guests with common courtesy. Offering to send up pest control after we leave should never be something offered as a service in a hotel.

Review 26：5 PM and room was not ready. They said they would call when room was ready but never called. Came back at 7pm it was ready. Very cheap thread bare towels, single flat pillow each and low grade see through toilet paper. Tiny insignificant bar of soap. Did not realize that this was more of a long term stay where you bring your own amenities.

Review 39：The air conditioning wasnt working properly when we got there we had to have someone from maintenance come up and fix it. The king size bed had like a deep trench in the middle of the bed so my brother and his wife said they had to either stay to one side or opposite sides very carefully or they would roll into the middle of the bed. When we were in the outside hot tub ice cold water started coming out of the air ducts and we all hurried up and got out . The hot tub and lazy river could have been warmer in general. We didnt use the indoor pool area so we cant speak on that. Housekeeping they only come in and leave new towels I dont think they make the beds....The toilet paper is very cheap and rough for the price of the rooms they could have better toilet paper and towels etc. There was a box of kleenex but they dont have a kleenex box holder for example and soap holder etc I didnt see any other toiletries in the bathrooms. We added a night to our stay after we got there but what was weird was on the day we checked out we still had to go to the desk and check out and then they had to do new paperwork to check back in and then when we came back to our room that evening after a long busy day our key cards would not work we had to go back to the check desk and they had to refigure our cards because of the checkout/check back in process they didnt checkback in our cards I guess. It seems like they either need to update their computer system or get a new one I've never had a problem adding a night to a stay before and having to checkout and check back in like a new stay.
Review 40：I loved the lazy river except it could have been warmer...The staff we encountered were all nice and polite including staff we would just pass on the elevator or hallway. The landscaping was pretty.

Review 53：Bed was awful - huge dip in middle and we kept rolling into the middle of the bed. It was so uncomfortable that we tried sleeping on the pull out couch in living room (not good either).The hotel had a bad odor in several areas. Kitchen needed to be stocked with a little more necessities to cook (pan/pots/utensils) and they need to replace the refrigerator bc pieces were broken inside and it shuts off if you block an area in the freezer and an area in the refrigerated section. Cleaning crew only replaced towels - didn't clean bathrooms at all (we were there 6 days) but did refill bathroom supplies. Makes the rental rate too high for what you get. Forget about getting wifi - could not connect in any of the rooms.

Review 57：I some how went through a booking agent who messed up what I booked, the whole week before I had to worry with getting it fixed being bounced back from the hotel the agent I also decided to come up a day before my reservation and wanted to add another night but got no help with that so ended up renting a room somewhere else. The water park the kids enjoyed but there was not one pool geared for adults, the lazy river was way to small and narrow so a adult could not even enjoy that so that was a bummer. For what we paid we could of stayed at Dollys resort. Or we could of rented a cabin a lot cheaper and spent the extra money on tickets to splash country and went in after 3 then back the next day which is the same amount of time we had at the hotel water park.
Review 58：I liked the lay out of the room with the exception there was no door to the balcony from the Master bed room.
Review 59：Our room 1405 had some type of water damage because they had dehumidifiers in our room to dry it out. There was visible damage to walls and paint in bathroom. The hot water was just warm and the jacuzzi tub had 4 out of 6 jets working. We had a balcony next to dumpsters that smelled and had racoons in them at night. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable due to the springs.

I only received a late checkout of only 1 hour beyond the original check out of 11am and that was because I asked for it when it was almost 2 1/2 hours beyond check in time that I was able to access my room.

Review 86：If you value your time, don't show up at check in. Three other families had to wait. I asked which building we would be in so we could unload our car & food. We asked if they had any carts, we were told to go check the floors and see if we could find any. We did, we loaded up and waited on our room. Finally got it, in ANOTHER building. We had to move our car, the luggage, food, etc for five people. It was a bad experience with every single thing regarding the staff. I am patient, I understand there is someone in charge, although I never saw them. They never came out and spoke to the people who were waiting and waiting and waiting on their rooms. The staff was not friendly, the young male pool staff (one particular) wasn't friendly to my teen (female) more than once. I didn't know until we had left or that would have been addressed at the time it happened. I saw them talking but didn't know there was an issue until I asked on the way home. Our sink would not drain, 5 people using one sink- we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. Did we call maintenance? No, they were supposed to fix the stove but never showed up. Wi-Fi? We called them, rude over the phone to another child of mine, and NO, it didn't work on the 5th floor. It did work at the pool. Three teens, we were expecting free Wi-Fi.

Review 137：The room is a little outdated for the price, furniture is uncomfortable. Housekeeping is terrible! They do not service your room at all, only take your trash and exchange towels. We were not able to check in our room until 3 hours after check in time because the room wasn't ready. This was terribly inconvienent since we were traveling with 2 toddlers! We called the second night we were there to request a blanket and were told they didn't have any. Completely unacceptable for a place that we were paying $200 per night! We have stayed here before and had an experience where one of the couples in our group had housekeeping leave their room unlocked not once but twice during their stay which made them very nervous about the security of their belongings. Seems like the housekeeping department is critically understaffed. There is absolutely no acceptable excuse for having to wait 3 hours after check in time for your room to be ready.
Review 138：Enjoyed the water park and the size of the room. We had a full kitchen and seperate bedroom which was very nice. There are some very nice views available, our room this time did not have one but we had an excellent view in the room we had before.
Review 139：Our room had a fireplace that was great. Clerks Mike and Sally set us up with a great view. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Paid less for our room than we would have at the Holiday or Comfort Inn.
