Review 1：We had to switch from the Villas to the Ariel Dunes. The unit was not as clean. There was a blood stain on the comforter and the pillows were discoloured

Review 3：The apt they put us in had a hole in the bathtub, Apt was dirty, dishes cracked, toaster was dirty and did not work, furniture was soiled, the DVD player did not work, gas grill was dirty and did not work, sliding glass door was very difficult to open. This place was in need of a remodel. I requested a different apt. had to move.

Review 5：The only bad experience was with the upstairs noise. The kids ran a lot, and they were in and out sliding the glass door often.
Review 6：The location was perfect. The room was clean with a great view of the pond with the ducks, and the golf course. It was great for taking pictures outside.
Review 7：There were a group of college kids partying below us our 2nd night, but they followed the rules, and shut it down at 10.
Review 8：The food at the Whale's Tail was great, and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere at The Cabana Cafe was cool, and the bartender Allie was a sweet heart!

Review 12：The food they served at the cafe seemed a little pricey but they served a ton of options and biggg portions. It was also very delicious! They also had this policy about not making a ton of noise after 10 which I think is awesome because some people were very fun and young so I think without it the quality of our stay would've been bad.
Review 13：Everything. Had to change rooms and only thing available was to down size and it was the dirtiest room and the air in the bedroom vent did not work at all and it smelled awful. Could not change again due only being there just for the weekend and already spent half the day changing rooms and nothing else available. Only got refunded for the clean up fee. Even though the room cost less!!!!
Review 14：The room we had was in very poor condition, what I mean by that is the smell of mold was present a foul smell bedspread was old dirty and cuts, cable running from one end floor to the other were you could trip. No one available to help once we say the condition busted tv speakers. Had to go to another hotel. My allergies would not let me stay no longer then a hour in that condo. Had to leave fast.
