Review 1：The carpet had some rather dark large stains that were strange. The bathroom sink only had hot water. It was a dreary looking room with the dark maroon colored wall and yellow efficient lights.
Review 2：The sheets and pillows were fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The closet was nice and large.
Review 3：There were other guests that arrived at 2:00 am, and were fighting and talking loud. we finally left about 5:30 Although the room we stayed in was non smoking, it was right over a room that was a smokers, the stairs were very dark. There was only one light over the sink, and the water in the toilet ran part of the night.

Review 5：There were people partying in their rooms and banging on the walls at 3 am. Every room smelt like cigarettes and piss. The tvs barely work, there is no pool or breakfast. The staff does not know good English !

Review 7：It was not clean, or safe. The door didn't lock,and the water scalding hot. Outlets didnt work, and there were stains all over the carpet, and bed sheets. There were homeless people staying in the parking lot, and people doing drugs.

Review 9：There should be no smoking on the premises because the air intake for your heaters and your air-conditioners use air from the outside and when people are smoking outside it sucks it right into your room at 3AM

Review 13：We had a "non smoking" room, but there was someone smoking somewhere nearby and the smoke came into the room. Our other complaint is with the plumbing. One of the sinks always had very hot water even when we let it run for awhile as suggested by the staff. We could see the steam coming from around the base of the faucet.

Review 15：We rented 2 rooms and both had lights out due to bad bulbs. Lavatory had only hot water. Sun lamp in shower was inoperative and one lamp was totally missing exposing light socket. The light control was painted over through the years rendering it frozen in time. Wall lamps ready to fall off walls when using light switch. Carpets need to be replaced.. in bad condition! Stairs/stairwells were dirty and littered. We senior citizens were roomed on the second level. Money would be refunded only if cancelled 2 days prior to check in. . Refunds should also be given upon inspection of rooms and if found unsuitable to rent. The motel advertised "We speak your language." Their use of English was poor which made it difficult to communicate.

Review 17：Located within 50' of the busiest street in town. Very loud on a Friday night in a college town. The room needed many cosmetic repairs and about half the light bulbs were burned out.
Review 18：The room was gigantic!! Lots of room to move around. Bed was extremely comfortable. Water pressure in shower was fantastic! Located close to restaurants and shopping.
Review 19：We found a BUG in one bed; so had to strip both beds to look for others. No face cloths were provided so we had to wash our faces with hand towels.
Review 20：The refrigerator really did work. It kept everything cold and the freezer also kept frozen items frozen.
Review 21：There were rigs under our beds the beds had not been washed the room was nasty and to top it off we got bed bugs dont stay here its disgusting!!!
Review 22：Wow they didnt want my dogs in truck in parking lot, but when i walk my dogs there was dope heads smoking and saleing drugs in parking lot! I also could not sleep cuz the drug addicts were all around our vechicles dealing drugs and prostituting in the parking lot. I will never stay again or tell anybody to stay. I think they should shut it down.

Review 24：In need of maintenance on bath tub-needing caulking. Board missing above water pipe by ceiling. Over the sink--wires that are covered by plate was hanging down. I would not lay down in that tub. Needed better cleaning. Tub had ring. The tub should probably be replaced but if not at least cleaned better. Carpet should be cleaned.

Review 26：The water coming out of the sinks was scolding hot we had to brush out teeth with bottled water. Everything was dirty even inside the fridge and microwave. No one came to fix the water.

Review 28：The location was a bit sketchy and I did not feel comfortable staying there, especially by myself. The air conditioning/heating unit was loud (which I actually liked as it drowned out the noise of passing cars and people outside) but it would turn in and off by itself. The woman at the office was hard to understand but nice enough. I probably wouldn't stay hear again just because I felt so uncomfortable, I even checked out a night early.

Review 30：The place was filthy. Electrical light plate was hanging off the wall. Big hole in the bathroom. Bathroom floor is sinking 4 foot crack in the ceiling. This place needs to be condemned for the safety of the people who stay there. Welfare recipients stay on the other end and people need to know about that.

Review 32：It was not cheap enough for the quality of the space. If my choice was between staying there and camping out in the snow, I'd camp. My room was filthy, the bathtub looked like it had been used to make meth, it smelled like pot inside my nonsmoking room, I was almost afraid to sleep in the bed for fear of pricking myself with a dirty needle or getting eaten alive by bedbugs. There are places just as cheap with better reviews nearby-go to those places. Please.
Review 33：I felt unsafe through the whole night. I could hear the neighbors through the wall to the point where I could tell exactly what they were doing. The light bulbs were burnt out. There was garbage in the room. There were blood stains on the carpet. The traffic outside was easily heard. It smelled like smoke. There were people loitering outside with their shirts off and pants halfway down their ass smoking. There was no complimentary breakfast like it said, the front office smelled like curry, and the employee in the morning was rude.

The place was absolutely horrible. Need to pay up front so that you would not be able to back out of the agreement. They said no refunds on the money.

Review 66：It was dirty, with mold growing in the bathroom. We asked for a refundbecause it was so disgusting. They were very strict about not allowingus to get out with a full refund. They said they would come in and fixthe faucet that malfunctioning but they didn'T. This motel should bedestroyed and a new one built. I hesitate to stay in another executiveinn and suites again because of this experience.

Ants everywhere, the carpetand bed spreads were beyond disgusting, ceiling was falling in, floorsinking by the tub, half the lights didn't work, the window'swere so dirty you could barley see out of them. Lord knows that thestains were on the walls!!!! The pictures on the website are deceiving.

Review 70：Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Horrible!!!! We were already warned on the parkinglot by others, so it was not a room related problem. Carpet was sticky and not vacuumed, walls were filthy and not cleaned. The bathroomdoor hat a huge hole from a punsh. I do not know, where to stop. Worst Place ever!

Review 72：I had requested a smoking room and got a non-smoking room and asked tostand outside to smoke. That was ok when it was warm but the days it wassnowing and raining was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door did notshut. The carpet was stained and looked dirty.Poorly maintained. Pillowswere very flat. I used both just to sleep and not get a kink in myneck.The extra parts for heaters and tvs stored under stair case.
