Review 1：Local drop outs living permanently there. Shouting outside my room all evening, people leaving for work at 6am. Not a motel, a does house. Dirty carpet, old food on the fridge. Take it off booking.com!!

Review 4：Great price for location. We were about 20 minute drive from Stanford Medical Center, with slight morning traffic. If you're expecting a fancy room, this isn't the place for you. If you're wanting a clean, comfortable place to stay for a great price, this IS the place for you.
Review 5：the property is run down, and in serious need of a make-over and a dump-run. there is also a bar on the premises which can be noisy. the whole experience was a little scary.

Review 9：The facility is old and run down. It feels unsafe. Lots of road noise. Although we had already paid we didn't stay the night. We paid $50 more than this cost and stayed at the Red Roof Inn which was closer to the airport and very pleasant. Stay here if the only criteria is price. Had we known what it was like we never would have booked.

Review 24：Everything. I will never stay here again. There was hair in the tub. The water didn't drain. It smelt like bleach and then like smoke the next morning, in a non-smoking room. The carpet was wet out side the bathroom. Nothing has ever been updated. No deadbolt on the inside of the door.

Review 33：The room smelled like cat pee/spray. They had tenants that lived there. We were next to one that had cats and our room smelled like a litter box. We had to take allergy meds just to sleep.I bought a candle and air freshener but it didn't help much. We came back from dinner and found a dead rat at the top of our stairs!!! The one chair on the balcony was visibly stained with God knows what. The carpet was stained and we kept our shoes on at all times.The chain lock on the sliding door just fell out of the slide groove. No air conditioning (which made the cat smell even more evident.) just a floor fan....It was so BAD that we just had to laugh about it...never again! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
Review 34：It had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The beds were ok. It was close to the freeway and Whole Foods and places to eat. When we called about the lock slide not working they sent someone right up and fixed it the next day. When we called about the dead rat, they took care of that too....I'm reaching here. not much good to say.
Review 35：No air conditioning in my room! Only some rooms have it and it was hot at night. Felt a little unsafe with the nearly all male temp workers staying there. The one door knob lock was a joke for security. And the curtains didn't fully close over the windows. Anyone could peep in. My kids were nervous there.

The guy at the reception was friendly and explained everything about getting to and from San Francisco with Caltrain (station about 5 minutes away). The "sports bar" within the Inn, was interesting place too.
Review 49：it appears that there were occupants living in the motel which gives it a odd vibe. the attached sports bar also has a creepy feel. I took my drink back to my room.

Review 52：Office help not available after hours in the event you needed help (toilet stuffed up). Ice machine and snack machine at other end of hotel. Required that they keep a photo copy of drivers license with ID theft prevalent found this to be uncomfortable. Office not open till 730 AM -no instructions as to where to leave key. Unable to get copy of bill since we left before 730 AM. Had to call to request copy of my bill have not received it as of 8/23/2014

Review 54：When we got to the room it was so nasty and smelly. I ask for non-smoking room but it seems like it was a smoking room.. There was a stain on the carpet, AC doesn't work on all the rooms, the hallway smells like urine. Luckily, there was a vacant room next to us which is more better but the only problem was the cable is not working, and the WIFI.. So if I were you don't get fooled by the pictures you see on the Internet. We stayed there because we couldn't fine any other on the last minute. Otherwise, I would NOT stay there.....

Review 58：This is NOT A HOTEL, but a low income residence motel. They rent out a few rooms for the night so they can keep the 'hotel' designation, I guess. There was sticky goo all over the halls and floors leading to the room. Old fashioned key, not a key card; no deadbolt; right next door to live-in residents with children; NO AC, parking was non-existent, mattresses were inner metal spring covered in plastic; bathroom floor was greasy, tub drain was rusty and upended, windows above tub were louvers and only kept in the steam, no noise barrier at all; toilet ran all night. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you're a toothless bearded hag.

We needed the reception both nights around 9 PM and 10 PM but both times the reception was closed and some friends in the cafe next door were responsible for the hotel, but could not answer questions. - At 9 AM breakfast was almost gone. There were only a few cookies left.
