Review 1：Bedrooms of two-bedroom villa were very isolated. Water should be free if you buy food (considering that it is quite expensive).

Review 3：not much storage space in room but not a big issue. Very busy at weekend and woken up by lots of guests arriving around 6 am on Saturday morning-noisy in reception area.

Review 7：The facility is a bit worn out. The facilities are no where near a 5 star. The gym is out of date . Not enough resort faicilites in the hotel area or a the beach, Beach is part of a bigger beach front shared with other hotels. Beachis not as clean and safe( jet ski rentals at swimming area) as other resorts with private bay / beach.

Review 8：The breakfast is quite comprehensive and exclusive. I have stayed in a pool villa. Very nice pool size for the villa. The staff was very helpful.

Review 10：The new manager Sergio was really good and engaging, however the hotel was branded an Anantara property but by name only. Having strayed in numerous Anantara hotels it lacked the sophistication , it's such a shame as the property as immense opportunity to be a great hotel.

Review 13：The service is terrible!I asked the hotel staff to book the bus ticket and paid 24$ for it,but when i got the bus,the driver told me they never got any money.So i called the hotel staff ...they refused to admit that they took the money.And his manners are abysmal!!

Review 15：Probably the transfer to the resort.... it took us nearly 4 hours because of the holiday season. But on the other side, that getting there is not easy contributes to the charm of the resort.

The Redtaurant laid on a great breakfast buffet and the evening offerings were excellent although pricey. Some of the best Spa treatments we have ever encountered too

Review 18：Service throughout the hotel very poor. 50% of staff have trainee badges on, check in slow, poor level of english by reception staff. Food served poor, not up to 5 star standard. Service by pool slow, again language an issue as most staff don't speak english. Ended up eating outside of the hotel most evenings as a result of incorrect meals served and poor food.

Not much English spoken so they try and help but doesn't work Specifically requested a ground floor room to be told at check in that we had the third and top floor so then had to wait! Room nice but not child friendly, bed posts stick out Which act as a great climbing frame fo a toddler! Wires hanging out in the bathroom, meant for a phone, wires hanging out of the wardrobe too, not what I'd expect from a five star. Had to keep asking for more towels. Mirror tiny also. The service in the bar and food very slow and the breakfast boring after a week and again service slow The only reason we would stay at this hotel again is the amazing beach, hotel and the pool villas they offer look amazing but the service is such a let down. The Mia hotel down the road is much better, the service is amazing. We are there twice and is in a different league to this hotel I would stay at Mia if I went back and I think you can see that by the excellent rating on booking com for this resort

Review 24：Is not understanding what a guest wants or needs in their holiday. Selling a special room at expensive price and then disturbing them during the night is not done. Not even when they compensate later on. A holiday is supposed to be a holiday, not a nightmare.

Travelling with a 10 & 4 yr old boys, but nothing was too much trouble,the pool is fantastic, the buffet was great, the style, the rooms, the location (along a very long strip) we'd definitely book here again - wouldn't even look anywhere else.

Review 28：Amazing place with amazingly friendly staff. The resort is very well maintained and every detail is well thought out. Amazing spa treatment and great pool-bar and beach front. We booked a one-bed villa and were upgraded to a 2-bed one, which although the 2nd bedroom was on a different level with different access but that meant we had the private pool all to ourselves which was the the best part. The villas are very tastefully constructed and designed and totally worth going for. The food quality served at the main restaurant or the pool bar are very high - we highly recommend the burger! no second thoughts about staying here again!

Review 29：The restaurant was overpriced: as a result the restaurant is almost empty at lunch and night. There are plenty other places in the neighbourhood to go to, but for the hotel this is a lost opportunity.

Review 31：Villa was right next to the kids pool area, and the pool opens at 6am!! 3 times we were woken up by screaming families (parents and kids!), with no regard for the fact other guests were sleeping. Major design flaw, when you're paying a premium for the privacy and peace of a private villa.

Review 34：Fabulous resort! The design and layout of the resort is amazing, from wherever you are there is a view of greenery and a proximity to water, be it the lake, pool or sea. There view from the balcony of the Ocean Deluxe was superb, right through the trees and the pool out to the sea. The room was of a really high standard of design, comfort and furnishings, i could live in it! The food was really good and a great selection. Staff were very welcoming and attentive to anything needed. Great welcome drink and cold towel and a neck and shoulder massage - after a 5hr bus ride that was very welcome and appreciated. The pool is fabulous, drinks in the pool at the bar was cool. Access to the beach is so easy. Check out was smooth and a great send off. Amazing resort. Well done Anantara!

Review 50：I arrived at the day of my birthday and the hotels staff prepared a surprise in my room which was a big birthday cake-that was really teally nice and would like to thank the crew one more time for such a nice gift:) Except that all was in very high level. I've never seen such a choice of food in breakfast buffet-really good food with a great choice. We also got some breakfast packages at the checking out which was also nice (we got the night bus to Saigon so had to leave next day breakfast). All in all, great stay but too short:) highly reccommend this hotel although it's not cheap.

Review 51：Moving with baby stroller around hotel was hard, there were no ramps next to stairs. Wifi was problematic and weak most of the time.Food was not impressive, we only had lunchs in the hotel since there were plenty great alternatives for dinner in Mui Ne anyways.
