Review 1：The shuttle was a nightmare coming back. It was not every half hour as we were told. We sat for nearly an hour while being told increasingly later times by the hotel. We finally gave up on the free shuttle and took a cab.

Review 2：The room was clean and nice size. The bathroom door handle was broken and so wouldn't lock. That wasn't a big deal. The complimentary breakfast was rather quite nice. Typical fruit, bagels, coffee, and juice, etc., but also eggs, sausage, and French toast. The complimentary shuttle to the train station *seemed* like a good idea and did work well TO the station.

Review 3：The eggs on the free breakfast weren't very good, but it was free. I only wish they had a double queen room with a pull out to offer, as most married couples have at least a queen, that would have made the room more comfortable for our family. But not a bad stay, and we would go back.

Review 6：It was in a safe area with excellent New jersey public trans port system available right at the doorstep. With free parking and easy access of malls, restaurant and metlife stadium, this hotel was perfect for its value. We will again visit to stay in this hotel. We avoided the hassle and traffic of Manhattan by staying and parking our vehicle at the hotel. It took 15 minutes bus ride to take us to Time square.

Review 7：Booked with a group yet was not given the group rate. When hotel was full, the wait for an elevator was horrific (stayed on the 9th floor). Hotel seems to book large school groups that are not monitored well.

Review 9：The only think that i didn't appreciate, its that, I made a call in Manhattan not even 3 minutes and they charge me 14$. They should tell people that its long distance even though were at 10 minutes not even from the cityé

Review 32：The breakfast which was included was very poor. There was no one to replenish things when they became empty. After asking for coffee, it finally was brought out 20 minutes later. It needs to be better staffed even at the front desk.

Review 34：The hotel is over priced for a standard, no frills room. The in room coffee machine was broken and when I relayed that to the front desk upon checking out they apologized and said not to worry, that I wouldn't be charged...which should go without saying as it was broken prior to my arrival. The front desk did not offer to amend the issue but instead charged me $10 for two regular coffees. Also, I later checked my bank statement to find that the hotel charged me more than the rate that I had signed for. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 35：Hyatt was great & the staff was very friendly. My problem was booking.Com never put our reservation in so we had an extended wait trying to check in. The young man helping me was very apologetic and gave us 2 complimentary drinks.

Review 58：The parking was a little inconvenient with four children, especially when arriving back late at night. We missed out on breakfast two of out four days because they ran out of plates, utensils, eggs, pancakes, bread, cereal, and fruit. That was disappointing. We had to google places near by to get the kiddos breakfast before we set out on our adventures. They should have a better plan to accommodate all their guests. They would have benefited from having extra help to clean up, and refresh the stations.

Review 75：I booked a king size bedroom through Booking.com a week before the trip. When my wife, I and 2 young children arrived at the hotel at near midnight after a long exhausting 6 hr drive from MA, we were given the room keys to what we later found out was a room with 2 full size beds instead of a room with a king size bed. The receptionist at check-in never mentioned this fact. When I went down to complain about this mix up, the receptionist never once apologized, seemed indifferent to my concern and acted like I was asking for a favor to be placed in a room I had booked and paid for. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I have a case open with Booking.com regarding this issue, 'am still waiting to see how they respond.
