A full kitchen, private balcony, and sea view are included in all apartments at this North Florida Majestic Sun. Multiple bathrooms are included in select apartments.

Review 1：This condo desperately needs updating. The Televisions were tiny and from the 1980s. The couch was worn out, you couldn't sit on it. Furniture chipped and badly worn. Sand all over floor

Review 3：Mold on vents overhead. Mold on shower curtain. Closet Door would not stay on track. Sliding glass door lock was broke.very hard to open door.

Review 5：We expected to check in the room by 4pm and we didn't get into our room until @5pm. I requested an early check in and even explained we were traveling with a small child.

Review 7：Location and free umbrella privileges on beach. Love being directly across from beach and watching the ocean from balcony. The apartment needs updating and baseboards and TV remotes were nasty. TV in master was an old Emerson from the 80's. There was only one wash cloth in the place. Ended up having to buy another. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 10：The beach was the most beautiful as compared to those all around the area. It was clean, well managed. The rooms were wonderful.we very much enjoyed, would easily stay here again.

Review 11：Convience to beach was great! Area was well kept, however, our room had a musty/unclean smell which remained even after spraying with Lysol. Kitchen was not stocked well- we had to buy a pizza pan.

Review 12：Did not get the room promised. Front desk people were extremely rude and incompetent. on check in we got two different room numbers!! Crumbs all over top of refrigerator and behind doors. Beds and pillows need to be replaced.

Review 14：Really bad cleaning, cigarettes under the bed, stop in one toilet and it was dirty! Worst part was that they tricked us with an extra cleaning fee on 100US dollar. When we talked to them about it they just refused to admit anything wrong and we should have called the front desk about the cleaning, but it was closed so we couldn't do that. On arrival it toke us more than one hour to find the front desk because the original was closed and there were no reference where to go. We arrived at 4:30pm on a saturday.

Review 15：Two toilets stopped up. Garbage disposal stopped up. Carpet was stained. No luggage rack; had to use ironing board. Kitchen implements were hit-or-miss: no pot holders, dishcloth, scrubber, strainer.

Review 17：The front desk associate was not very nice nor helpful. She kept telling me I did not have a reservation. Finally after going around and around for 2-3 minutes she asked for my name (my drivers license and credit card were sitting out the entire time). She then proceeded to tell me I told her the wrong room number but she did in fact see my reservation. We get to the room and we were less than impressed. The room needed to be updated. The beds were so uncomfortable. The pull out couch was actually more comfortable than the king bed.

Review 19：The kitchen had one large pot and a very small frying pan. It would be nice to have a set of non stick pans. The linens were stained with some comforters torn. Please update it. Kitchen and bathroom floors need rugs. Otherwise the stay was well enjoyed by all.
