Review 1：Overall the hotel atmosphere, in particular the lounge, could have been made a bit more cozier.There is only one Fireplace in the Lounge and it was not used very often.

Review 2：Staff at the restaurant and the service at afternoon tea hour.Skiing equipment,lifts and other related facilities were excellent. Live music in the afternoon and the musicians were excellent.

Review 3：The only real problem with the hotel are the windows of the rooms. They are not wind proved. They make such awful sound that it gets hard to sleep. We stayed last 3 years without the storm and same problem continues

Review 4：We stayed during the biggest storm of last 50 years and of course things went wild because of the wether, however the staff was extremely calm, and hospital during the whole unexpected situations. They kept their smile at all times and tried their best to keep us safe and comfortable. I cannot thank enough for their attitude during such unexpected weather dilemmas. Such a great staff.. Congrats

Review 5：Bed and pillow are quite uncomfortable. Hard bed and hard and very thick pillows. We ended up sleeping without pillow or use folded towels.

Review 6：We love that everyhing is there. Meals were excellent and not redundant. Staffs are very nice especially the ones in dining room.

Review 7：Only few people among the staff did speak English so whenever you have a tricky question, it is hard to make oneself understood if you don't speak any Turkish (or Russian)

Review 9：1) I made a booking for a room with 2 double beds. It turned out that they don't have that kind of rooms and as they said "The booking site made a mistake". We got just a standard room with 1 queen size bed. As long as we were not a couple (me and my friend) we had to get a second room. No discount was offered. We even got (and payed for ) the third "all inclusive" because "we sell only packages". Obviously nobody cared that 2 guests do not need 3 "all inclusive deals" 2) The skiing zone 2, where the hotel is located is no go. We took a 15 TL taxi ride to zone 1 every day. And all around Uludag the ski rentals are kind of not cheap.
