Review 1：The last day stay. I figured out how to close the blinds in the room.
Review 2：How convenient everything was. You really didn't need to leave the resort for anything.
Review 3：The booking department, the front desk, was chaos, the whole time we were their, nobody explained the responsibility regarding the Schlitterbahn towel, purchasing the bracelets was chaos, there were no friendly people on staff in the inside. I never saw so many folks arguing and very angry with the inside staff, it was very disorganized, we booked our room 3 months in advance and we stood in line for 2 hours to get our room. I think it is because there's no mature (experienced) people on staff the majority were all kids running the inside.

Review 5：The waterpark closes at 6 pm. It is a total ripoff and a big disappointment. It should stay open until at least 9pm. We would not have booked this resort had we known the waterpark closed so early. It was absurd.

Review 7：Housekeeping never cleaned our rooms! Overcharged us for boogie bahn lessons and we had to stand in long lines to get everything fixed when it was staff error. Housekeeping did not put shampoo/soap in one of our rooms. A/C not functioning in one of our rooms. Staff was friendly at Shrimp Haus, but hotel staff did not seem to care much about guests.

Review 9：My room was never cleaned, even after I called and went down to the front desk to ask for the service. I spent three days and my room was never cleaned. I had my three boys with me. Also,to get a towel is like trying to get an appointment with the President of the U.S. I think they believe that we want hose over-used towels'???the food was overpriced and at best average. For what I paid for this resort, the services received was sub-par!!

Our bathroom was sosmall you could not turn around in it. We had to call 4 times to havehousekeeping come change our linens, bring fresh towels, and take outthe trash. The water park was too crowded, long lines and long waits. Acomplete waste. Next time we will just stay on the beach.

Review 29：The convenience of the waterpark and beach access. The waterpark was simple with the rides for all ages. My 8 year old loved it as much as my 14 year old. The lifeguards are so focused and doing a great job! I was very impressed. There were so many locals but the place didn't feel packed. People are very friendly. The beach access is wonderful.

Review 41：I received a 1 night credit back to my credit card from the General Manager for the following reasons: Per their website, I called and verified with front desk staff that all of these services would be available during our entire stay including weekdays. Hotel website and reservation staff said hotel was booked during the entire time we stayed there and asked us to check Booking.com or other websites to book a room. Hotel wasn't booked - there was a handful of guests on property during our entire stay with a sign out front saying that they had rooms available. Busiest time was the first weekend we were there when the waterpark was open and the music festival was next door for Ume. The waterfront restaurant wasn't open for breakfast Monday through Friday and this wasn't advertised on their website or in the hotel. Hotel signage said open for breakfast. Hotel Palapa bar was closed Monday through Friday and this wasn't advertised on their website or in the hotel. Hotel website and signage said open. Our cable went out 2 times while we were there so maintenance had to come and reprogram the tv in person using a flash drive plug in. Housekeeping didn't have wash cloths in the room when we checked in. Housekeeping didn't clean our room on Sunday and we were gone most of the day and had our clean room hanger on there. I came back to the room twice and housekeeping was no where to be found either time on our floor. I had to call almost every day to get more wash cloths/towels.I had to argue with the manager to get the one night credit that I did. I booked through this site and it had a no refund policy. The General Manager had to check with this site first before she would offer me anything. Initially she was going to offer me a credit to come back and didn't want to give me any money back, saying that they don't get paid directly by me etc. Ridiculous. Either way, she was hired by someone, so I would have went above...
Review 42：Property is beachfront. Beds are comfortable. Free, ample close parking. Oversized in room refrigerators fit a lot of convenience food and beverages. Hotel has room key wristbands instead of keys - this is a double edged sword - convenient but not something I want to have on me when going out to a steakhouse. Breakfast at the waterfront café was good.

Review 54：It was more expensive than what I would usually pay, but I figured why not. When I booked it said the water park was included. The park actually cost $18/person more. The indoor park was the only one open in October. The indoor park is not worth the extra if you do not have small kids. There are only 2 water slides and the rapid lazy river. I would not do it again. But it was a nice resort. I did enjoy what little time we spent at the resort!

Review 63：Had a few little things go wrong but the staff took care if them right away. Air conditioner didn't cool well the first night and the toilet handle was coming lose. Wi Fi signal was not good but we spent most of the time in the water anyway.

Review 65：The directions to the hotel were not clear. We ended up at the park entrance...unloaded everyone and then had to reload and relocate to find the correct entrance. There were not enough unloading carts to be found which caused us to make multiple trips to the car.

Review 70：They did not have enough tubes for the number of people in the outside park. You had to pay to rent an umbrella and two chairs on the beach. In a resort, that should have been included. And they offer a late check out, but you have to pay for it even if you arrive at 4:00 am on the morning following your reservation start day. The hallways and elevator were extremely hot and at one point blowing hot air from the air ducts.

She told us that we needed to take the towels to the front desk. When checking out, the clerk, did not believe that the towels did not want to be exchanged for the tickets. I also asked for a copy of the receipt and she could not provide one. That the third party will endorse one to me.
