Review 1：nothing really.great for kids and adults
Review 2：view and kids could go back and forth to beach from condo by themselves. parking was great. condo was spacious and clean.
Review 3：I wish that the place provided trash bags. And they needed to provide more information to the renter such as what is provided with the room. Such as towels, sheets, etc... On there website Also we ran late on check-in time and luckily I called the office by 5 to let them know and they gave me instructions on what to do with the key and such. And we needed two parking permits and they only provided us with one that night. Also there was no instructions left on how to hook up to the wifi.
Review 4：I liked that the kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms were nice and roomy!
Review 5：Pool furniture was in need of replacing. The building could do with an update. Some of the Condo furniture could do with being renewed.Also condo smelt old don't know if it had been not used and been closed up but we bought candles and sprays.
Review 6：Location was good top floor condo with beach view. Condo was big had 3 bedrooms, plenty of space in living area.
Review 7：Ace Realty did not give me a street address to pick up our condo keywhen I called to let them know we would be later than 5pm. Had to get apoliceman to call a staff of Inverness to come back to her office,locate the realty office and give us directions to where we could pickup our key. Poor customer service from Ace Realty. The condo andbuilding are in desperate need of some serious maintenance. Potential tobe a great place, but needs repairing. It was posted that no pets wereallowed and we say two different dogs taking a "dump" in thefront of the building with the owners standing there watching. Did notoffer to get up the feces!

Review 21：The apartment (1105) was very nice, comfortable, and the owners takemuch care! But it's for 4 people, not for 6. Forget about sleepingin the sofa-bed!, ... unlesss it's young children.

Review 26：wifi never did work for cell phones, but with a LAN cable you can plug in direct with laptop. When they say no supplies, they mean it, no paper towels, no shampoo, extremely limited toilet paper, no coffee filters. Not a big deal if you know ahead. I knew that this was a private condo so we came mostly prepared, but I was caught unaware on TP and coffee filters. Stores on the island are very expensive.
Review 27：condo 1106(3bdrm) is top floor with extra large balcony. Our party of 8 (mostly kids) took all our meals on the balcony. SPI not too crowded even on holiday wkend. overall very good, I would return. Nice big Pool and 2 hottubs are great.
Review 28：Master shower awful. Spray would not spray out over six inches and verylight, and no I'm not stupid and could not figuer out how to workit. Complanined to Aace management people first morning afterarrival.Said they would have maintance check it out. Never happened,same way when we left as when we arrived.

Review 30：Aace rental and Hotel Inverness lack organization, communication,friendliness, and ease of check-in for customers. We were never informedthat our condo was a private rental and not one through the hotel. Withno understanding, we attempted to check-in at the front desk of HotelInverness; however, the woman at the front desk did not provideassistance in directing us to where the rental office location was toobtain our keys. She also stated that this happens quite often. Aftertwo long hours of making phone calls and standing around to aquire ourkeys, I allowed my young girls to splash around at the beach, as myhusband took over the quest of checking us in. When my girls began toget cold, I asked the woman at the front desk for two towels. Sherefused to loan me two towels saying we were not residents of the hotel.I have never been treated so poorly and with such a non-chalant attitudewith no consideration in helping a family get to the rental officelocated less than 1/2 mile from the hotel. Not only is thissituation extremely disorganized with a lack of initial communicationfrom aace rental office, but in the manner that Hotel Inverness handledour problem was shocking. Both aace rental and Hotel Inverness couldwork together to communicate proper check-in procedures, the location ofaace rental and/or other rental offices, and a friendly atmospherefor customers during this time of confusion.
Review 31：The condo was beautiful, roomy, clean, fully stocked, with a largebalcony overlooking the gulf. I loved having direct access to the beachas well as a pool and hottub. Booking.com's (Brian) assistanceduring a disorganized, two hour check-in procedure.
Review 32：It was spring break, so the noise and young adults was trying, but I expected it. The kids complained about the dishes being dirty, they just did not want to clean them.
