Review 1：The location is very nice, close to everything in The Woodlands. The staff is the best part, very attentive and friendly, particularly Laura at the Front Desk. Breakfast is also worth to mention.
Review 2：Room was listed at $300 without the discount. Room was not worth paying $300 for a night. Room was what I would expect for $100 a night which is what I paid anyway so I think they should just list it at the price its worth instead of lying to you and giving you a deal that really isn't even a deal.

Review 4：The prices for the on site food and beverages were a lot higher than i expected. 10 dollars for a house cocktail (not even top shelf) and another 10 for a chicken Cesar salad.
Review 5：This facility and the location was amazing, tucked away from the street but still had main road access and 5 minutes from the mall and market street. Very clean and the staff were delightful. Great giant beds and amazing shower, 10 out of 10!!!
Review 6：The food on the room service menu is very basic and hardly worth it. When I checked out I was charged a higher rate than the Booking.com rate I'd been given. I complained twice to the staff but as nothing was done to modify my bill I had to complain by email to the manager in charge. I'm still waiting to hear from him.
Review 7：Booking.com did not book the rooms as I requested. I wanted 2 connecting rooms with 2 queens in each room. I was told this was booked for me and all was taken care of...when I arrived the reservation showed 2 rooms with king beds and they were not connected. Bad deal booking.com

Review 10：The staff was very nice and the hotel was comfortable and clean. The bed were nice, I slept wonderfully! My husband and I also enjoyed the nice patio one evening. They had a little fire pit feature that was nice to sit around. All in all, a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Review 11：The night manager was very rude. He messed up my food order And would not make it right. He was working the front desk and the food and beverage area I think he was just lazy and didn't want to deal with me

Review 15：We loved absolutely everything. The location was perfect for our plans. Had a nice area for our morning walk. Our room was so comfortable. Rested well. The breakfast was totally unexpected. The selections were all so tempting. Had something for every type of eater. Loved the hot cooked items the most. We were also impressed with the desk staff. They were so attentive to our needs and always with a smile. They are good kids. Overall we had a most enjoyable visit. Thanks!

Review 17：Everyone was so nice. All requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Location was ideal in regards to the Hospital and the Woodlands Mall.
Review 18：Staff was very courteous and friendly. We were there for a concert and were informed of a bus that would take us to and from the concert for $10 round trip. (excellent value and convenient) Staff was friendly when we returned after the concert, serving drinks and food with a smile and friendly banter. Overall, excellent stay and would return again.
Review 19：Lights didn't work in the bathroom, a little pricey since we stayed in a Hyatt Place in Garland the next night for $104 and the Woodlands was $225. It must be the location that justifies a higher price for same room.

I notifed the staff on Friday that we would not arrive until tomorrow and staff on phone agreed to not charge for Friday. Upon check out yhe bill indicated we were in fact charged for Friday. The front desk staff was very quick to remove the charge...
Review 30：..a bit too stark!..needs some atmosphere with perhaps plants or carpets and modern decoration...a bit too clinical, although I love minimalist style a little warmth is needed in the decoration!

The water pressure was also very poor to the point that you had to sit in the shower much longer than usual just to get the shampoo out of your hair. Again, not good for the price I paid.
