Review 1：Steep staircase, but that's clutching at nothing really
Review 2：The lady in charge was an absolute delight. All be there broken English she was sweet as anything. Even after us checking out and going to the beach to kill time, she allowed us to use her own personal shower in her bedroom when we got back which was very kind! The rooms are basic yet spacious, you get what you pay for. But the view alone makes up for that.
Review 3：Old hotel that should be renovated a long time ago, airconditioning unit was barely working which resulted in a very sweaty stay. Owner was very pushy selling his services and it seems that he wrote a lot of reviews himself, Mr Pineapple was not that amazing...

Review 5：The accommodation is dark, damp and smells very damp. I had ants in my room and lots of rubbish/dirt under my bed and dust on all the furniture. AC didn't work either. It was very very cheap but did not have to be in such a bad condition.

Review 9：The facilities were very basic, but for the price you can't really complain: The shower head wasn't attached to the wall and there were only two plug sockets in the room. Generally a little run down but Mr Pineapple makes it worth it.

Review 14：All staff were polite. Mr Pineapple is really enthusiastic and tries very hard to keep his guests happy. Prices are very reasonable especially the bia hoi. The rooms at the front are large and have an amazing view of the bay- get one of these if you can. Booked a great tour of Halong Bay with him and paid less than others had on the same tour. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks for the laughs!

Review 16：The guys just super, Very funny. Provided the room with an amazing view of the bay. The windows in the room on the wall and all this for a small fee. The staff gave advice and recommendations.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The place have good atmosphere and we even got free cooking class!!! I definitely recommend the place!
