Review 1：Additional fees for room cleaning, resort fees, and taxes were excessive, nearly doubling the nightly room rate.

Review 2：The view of the Gulf and beach were perfect.

Review 3：The bed and pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable.

Review 4：The property was very clean and had all the things we need in the kitchen. The view was amazing and the location was close to everything we needed.

Review 5：Four weeks earlier I paused $200 less for the same amount of days. We also had a full beach view four weeks prior. It wasn't the same experience being on the side of the building and , paying more for the room that I was hoping for.

Review 9：When we arrived, the air conditioner was not working in our condo. It sounded like a freight train and we did not get any sleep. The dishwasher also did not work. However, we reported this to the staff and the air conditioner was fixed the next day and the dishwasher was fixed within 2 days of our arrival. We asked for a credit for our first night stay because we were so miserable, but was told that no $ could be credited because we had not booked with the in-house travel agency (ResortQuest). The front desk, however, did give us a $50 coupon for our next trip. Even though we thought that we should have been credited for the full amount of the first night stay.

There was not one closet available. Unbelievable. Couldn't even get a plug for the bathtub to take a bath until repeated requests they finally installed one the day before we left. Would not stay there again.

Review 56：I felt that the website when choosing this location for our vacation was very misleading. I saw pictures of nice rooms with nice bedding and larger sitting areas with a nice balcony. When we arrived to our condo it was nothing that it appeared to be on- line. Very outdated with stale odor not to mention the candy wrapper on the bed when we got there. When you are on vacation and you spend the money that you do you expect to feel clean and comfortable during your stay. We absolutely did not feel that way at all. We were charged entirely to much for this place when there are nicer places for the same cost. Not to mention you don't have your own washer/dryer. You have to pay more money to use a community washer dryer. Our bed was very uncomfortable and so was the pull out that my children had to sleep on. All in all we were just plainly disappointed that we spent the money that we did on this place. We will not be staying here again. We will definitely choose a nicer place to stay on our next trip to Destin.

Review 58：I didn't like that they didn't provide you with more towels to dry off after your shower. The condo needed Some updating, no washer/dryer, the parking at night was horrible. No parking what so ever. No fans. Basically, not worth what I spent per night.

Review 60：pools were way too small for so many guests. Sofa/pull out bed was totally unusable, had practically no mattress. It was like a paper towel over springs. My children were forced to sleep in the recliner and on top of the too short sofa. Elevators needed some air conditioning. Also, if no washer or dryer is in the unit, more towels should be left for the week. I am aware that their is a washer and dryer on the floor, but for the amount of money that i spent on a four night stay, I don't want to shell out another $3 to wash my own bath towel. So we had to reuse our towels all week.

Review 64：I was never able to connect to wifi. The cafe down stairs was was good until we saw a roach crawling on the wall by our table. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach had been prebooked so we were not able to get a chair at the water. We were on the third row. Somehow between booking.com and the resort our reservation was scheduled one day short with the resort compared to what I had booked on booking.com. So they wanted to move us to another room but we would be checking out the next day. So we went ahead and left. There was no point packing up and moving to get it back out for one night and then pack up again. They were rude and rushing us out even though it was their fault. Plus we have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. So it was not easy to quickly pack up and get out.

Review 65：I did think the resort is in an excellent location near the water park, go carts, and restaurants. It had free movie rentals with up to date movies. The sand and the water were beautiful.

Review 66：We had to wait over an hour before we were given the keys to our room. I believe there are not enough housekeepers to make sure the room are clean in time for check-in.

Review 67：The room was clean except for dusting. Both tv's was covered in dust. Also, our view was the air conditioner units and where the workers went back and forth. I thought the view would have been better for the amount of money we paid for 3 nights.

Review 83：This is an older facility, our air conditioner froze up, and there were roaches. The bathrooms were very small, our living room needed a ceiling fan and the color on the TV was broken. The beach chair/umbrella situation is ridiculous! For $110/4 days, I would have liked to have a bit of space between neighbors, not sit one of top of another. The pool area is very small, which was unfortunate, because we had red flag warnings while we were there and we couldn't even use the pool as an alternative.

Review 89：Went for a walk on the beach at night and accidentally forgot our room key. The two ladies at the front desk acted like we inconvenienced them when we asked for a spare to get in. At 10:30pm they were just up front chillin' talking about how they were ready to go home so I don't know why they got frustrated that they had to get us a spare key. When you go up to the front counter not one person initiated the conversation, it was always me that had to say "excuse me" because every staff member at anytime had their head stuck in a computer instead of paying attention to the guests coming up the the desk.

The sliding bathroom doors only opened from one side and a person could get locked inside! Also our doorframe and bathroom walls/doors had damage . Review 108：When I booked my room I requested a room closer to the bottom and they put me on the 18th floor. I'm terrified of heights so I could never go out on the patio, I tried one time and it made me sick. Majority of the staff in the hotel was not friendly. One guy complaining on elevator that he hadn't had a day off in 3 weeks. When I booked the room, the room it showed me in has a bunk bed. I was expecting to have that. Instead my children had to sleep on the couch. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.

Free standing range was cheap, didn't heat well and was not level. No dishwasher detergent. No table at all to eat at (just a counter) for a condo that sleeps 6. WiFi was terrible (poor signal). Bath towels were old and thin. Air conditioner was so noisy, it woke us up when it came on. Overall, for the money, it was not worth it and we won't be staying there again.

Review 123：The provided cookware was shoddy at best. So if plan on making pancakes or a grilled cheese bring your own pan. WiFi was slow...we used our phones as hot spots and had much faster results. An ice machine on site would have been handy.

Did not like having to pay $25 a day for an umbrella and chairs. If you are driving in I would recommend bringing your own.

I am thankful it was a false alarm & that the hotel took every safety precaution they could have to ensure everyones safety but i do wish that someone would have came over the intercom to explain things after to insure us & others that we were indeed safe & etc.

Review 138：The hotel was located on the beach & we did not have to cross the street which we liked. Also we did not have to travel very far from the hotel to enjoy different restaurants or to go shopping.

Review 139：The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable, the air conditioning unit was right outside the bedroom on the balcony. The hotel is older and show wear and tear. Bookings.com does not give you the full price, they lure you in with cheap per night rates and then when they add all the charges the rooms are standard prices. We could have rented rooms on our own and gotten the same price.
