Review 1：Room was a tad small but it was not a problem for the two of us.

Review 2：Very low noise level especially since our door to the room opened onto the lower lobby & the fact the Hotel was right by I45. Evidently the building is well insulated since you usually can hear people readily in other hotels.

Review 13：Hotel renovations were being done on the floor above us, so there were some noise issues. The room, although spacious, smelled strongly of mildew (had to purchase air fresheners to mask the odor). We actually cut our stay by 5 days because of the room's mustiness.

Review 16：The staff was friendly and helpful. I had let my grandbaby play with my spare car keys while in the room and totally forgot about them. It wasn't until we were back home that I noticed that I didn't have them. I called the next morning and asked if they could look under the furniture for them. I got a call back a few minutes later that they had found them.

Review 17：The air conditioner was extremely loud to the point of almost waking us up every time it turned on. The picture online was misleading and the "suite" was much smaller than most other hotel rooms I've stayed in.

The lone bar soap was not wrapped, so I did not use it. 5. when I shared these issues with the lady at check out she busily typed and said she would discount our bill. My bill was discounted all of $1.70. ridiculous.
