Review 1：We found this hotel last January and when we planned our trip this year we reserved a room right away. They just renovated the entire back patio and walkway to the beach and it is beautiful. Beaches are long and wide and great for walking long distances. We had the room with a kitchen which was pretty large for the room. There are two restaurants across the road you can walk to and Di Mare is wonderful. The people in the office are very nice and helpful. They are renovating other areas of the hotel also. Hotel is surrounded by beautiful condos. Very nice location.
Review 2：Room has not been remodeled; kitchen counter space almost nonexistent, pealing wallpaper, carpeting OK, you must wash your own dishes by hand which is difficult with a single sink and limited counter space. Must back out of the parking lot. WiFi was spotty and intermittent, but they had called a repairman, so it may have gotten better after we left.
Review 3：We had an ocean-view room, and enjoyed the view from our room and balcony. Kitchen in unit. HVAC was quiet. Did I mention the view?
Review 4：the only thing is that they are still remodeling but it was still fine .. cuz of the weekend it was holiday so no one was working . parking lot was very small. otherwise it was a great visit . no breakfast there as it was still under renovations.
Review 5：it was right on beach .. and room was very nice .. we didnt know there was no elevator but the nice man on staff immediately took our suitcases upstairs .. he also read our comments when we booked in and he noticed that i needed captioned tv and started showing me how to turn it in while in lobby . so nice of him .

Review 13：The picture on Booking.com was from the beach of 3 "special" units. It was basically an old Motel. Most all of the rooms were perpendicular to the beach with a crane your neck "partial" view. It needs updating to this century. Driving up seeing a dumpster out front didn't make me feel good! They are doing some renovations which would have been good to know in advance.
Review 14：The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The staff was great, they upgraded our room to an End Unit. The room was large and clean and the view was outstanding as we were looking right at the ocean! I would only stay here again if I could get an End Unit.

Review 16：The room is comfortable - looks like small apartment (everything what you need for cooking is there). Very clean. The swimming pool is good too. Ping pong table is a good addition + chairs on the beach.

Review 20：The closeness to the beach was wonderful and we experienced a beautiful sunrise there. Pity the turtle eggs did not hatch whislt we were there - would have been brilliant to experience that and the turtle hatching area was well marked off.

I have never liked being on the beach but I loved the lounge chairs that you could move into the shade or move into the sun. Staff very accommodating, going above and beyond to help. I also love having a kitchen. They are renovating right now and it is definitely someplace I would stay again.

I also was told my room had 2 queen size beds, they were 2 full size which made it very difficult for 4 guests. The water pressure in the shower was horrible.

Office staff seemed overwhelmed upon arrival and was not able to replace a key lost in the ocean until the next day as well as not able to reset a breaker (or direct us how/where to---it was under a picture in our room) connected to an outlet in the kitchen until the next day. The fridge had some items stocked there that we would need to pay for if used---that is difficult to explain to children (not to bother something in Our fridge), not to mention that those items took up space we could have made use of.
Review 75：Justin the groundskeeper was above and beyond AWESOME! The outdoor pool was alway perfect and heated and made it great when the ocean was too dangerous or cold for our children. Outdoor shower was nice and novel for our children to see.
Review 76：There were only black-out curtains and no inner curtains, so if you would want to have your privacy inside your room without anyone looking inside, you would have to keep the black-out curtains closed.

Review 78：This motel is all about location. It is priced vary favorably compared to nearby properties. The beach was lovely and they had nice lounge chairs for it. There is a good Italian/French restaurant across the street. It is also convenient drive to the bridge to the main part of Vero Beach.

We were appreciative that we could change to a first floor room which was more accessible for my husband. The landscaping was beautiful and maintenance of the pool area was excellent.
