Review 1：I was wrogfully accused of putting a whole in the bathroom door. The manager called me to inform me that he had already charged my card $150 for the damage and would not listen to me at all that it was not me that did it. He looked into it further and came to the realization that it was not me and credited my card back which I am thankful for but the fact that houskeeping missed it before I stayed there and then blamed me and would not believe a word out of my mouth was the wrong way to conduct business. Very unhappy with the way it was handled. I never write reviews but I travel to NorCal every other month for work and will never be staying here again.

Review 2：the wifi speed

Review 3：The gym door was locked for 9 days out of the 14 days I stayed there. The Indian manager during mornings always rushed me in the mornings whenever I wanted to extend my stay despite already having all my details in the system. I work nights and having to wake up early, walk down to the office in the cold just for him to see me in person was completely unnecessary. Housekeeping turned up as and when they liked, 8 out of the 14 days we stayed there, we couldn't get the room cleaned as housekeeping left early.

Review 4：Excellent location and breakfast.

Review 5：The continental breakfast was great! We were able to make our own waffles and enjoyed the orange juice. There were many choices: toast, pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. The eating area was well kept. The room was clean and the staff was very nice!

Review 6：The smoke detector was going off every 7-8 mins. I called the desk he said "I'll send someone right now" that didn't happen. I went to the "laundry" told staff ,she called the desk again. The desk calls and says " are you the ones calling about the alarm ? Really ? Then they didn't know how to change the battery my BF did . In the mean time this thing is going off . Fool loud !!!!

Review 15：The location was nice, easy to go to any direction. The most important was the parking that the hotel provided us with. The room is quite large, it has a mini kitchen so you can actually make your breakfast or dinner (don’t forget to get some cutleries  ).

Review 21：Great price compared to other close hotels, my room was always clean and breakfast was ok. It´s obviously not a 5 star hotel, bu you pay what you get. A little bit noisy at night but great experience at the end.

Review 22：No good restaurants in direct neighborhood (except Denny's). We drove to a nearby shopping mall. Location not really convenient if you don't have a car. Breakfast selection very limited, mostly sweet options.

Review 23：Good value for money. Very close to SFX airport. We didn't want to stay in San Francisco as we'd need to pay double the price for much lower standard. The train station is quite close so we drove up there by car (2-3 min) and took a train to visit SF. Train takes ca. 40min. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Review 24：Windows non soundproof (highway at 100 ft), elevator out of order (since enough time to put a sheet of plywood on the elevator's door), check in at 3pm and not a minute before.

Review 26：The room was very clean, the beds were super comfy. This is a very nice place to stay and located near restaurants. I liked having a microwave and fridge in the room. The breakfast was more than adequate. Very nice place in San Mateo. I will surely stay again!

Review 27：Had uneasy feeling when we checked in. They wanted a credit card at check in for a deposit just in case of "damage" that would not be charge until after check out. "hotel" was like a motel from the 60's right next to the freeway. You had to drive though a shopping center to get to the place, past the Denneys. There were about 3 2-story buildings in the complex. We had a room next to a party that stayed up until 4:30 in the morning. Breakfast closed at 9am on a Saturday! What was available at 9:10 was boxed cereals, white or wheat toast, jams and jellies like those served in Denny's, pasties and muffins, or you could make your own waffle with flavored syrup. I felt bad for the person doing the kitchen cleanup. We parked in the back near a day care center. When I returned to the car to retrieve an item, another car parked right next to my car but 3 men were sitting in the car waiting...for what? They finally drove off through the back exit. In the morning, I was a little relieved to see security video cameras in the front office.

Review 28：Nothing about the place. The manager and the men at the front desk were honest and listened to our concerns. Was surprised that airlines sent their flight attendants to this place.

Review 31：The room smelled like a smoking room but was noted as non-smoking. The furniture smelled horrible, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. There was not wifi or internet which is essential for a business traveler.

Review 33：Good location for departures or arrivals per plane. Airport is near. Had no problems with the aircon - don't put the fan on auto, that will make it go on and off! Clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet, considering the location. Right beside the highway and in an industrial site. Dennys is in 3 min walking distance.

Review 34：No elevator, and I had a heavy suitcase; no buttery spread for toast on one morning, and no one to ask for it; maintenance guy dragged a noisy cart down the sidewalk every night at 10:30pm; short-staffed at breakfast time when many travelers were gathered in the breakfast area both to grab a snack or to check out.

Review 35：It is walking distance to an Asian shopping center with several restaurants, a market and a Dennys. Close to SFO; just a mile away was a Starbucks with only a few customers - no line!

Aparently the hotel has a contract with Phippines' Airlines that requires such a cleaning at night... The hotel was far from everything, only close to the highway

Far from the busy-ness of San Fracnsico and yet near enough to drive in and spend the day enjoying the sights in SF. Near the San Mateo Bridge. Hotel is also clean and has very comfortable bed. Big room too and though it is next to majoy highway, it's pretty quiet.

Review 75：We had a large comfortable room (#103) with a king size bed. The room was clean and well maintained. The TV and Internet worked well.

Review 76：The room we were given was in the building that was the very furthest from the office (and, therefore, breakfast) as well as being on the third floor and at the end of the hall. This made traveling with a toddler even more difficult. Additionally, the two desk clerks chatted about personal things while I struggled to get my daughter, a stroller, car seat, two suitcases and two carry-ons out the office door by myself. I was also disappointed that there was no information in the room about the location of ice and vending machines or any other available facilities or services besides the room service. (Maybe there weren't any?!?) Breakfast was adequate, but the only protein available was boiled eggs. (Yogurt would have been nice.)

Review 77：The location was excellent - close to the airport (but not too close to be noisy), it's walking distance to a family restaurant and a strip mall and comfortable enough for the price. The cleaning staff was very helpful and kind. It was very convenient to have a microwave and refrigerator.
