Review 1：Noise from a party at the Presidentail Suite on the 3rd floor on Saturday night.
Review 2：The entire staff at the hotel was excellent. Cleaning lady, front desk and entrance area personnel rated a 10 plus.
Review 3：The room was a little small but the bathroom was very large and spacious. You typically don't see that large size of a bathroom in a hotel. I wish pool hours were extended past 10:30.

It ended up being across the street in a tree surrounding,shopping area. It is a very nice looking hotel and the room wascomfortable. My favorite was the updated bathroom.

Review 10：The decor was strange and disjointed (woodlands to contemporary),windows in the "suites" too small, and the "suite"did not provide any privacy for the bedroom at all. That was a hugedisappointment. Huge service charge added to a single drink in the bararea. Pool and surrounding area way too small.

Also when we drove up the valet totally ignored us until I went up and asked for valet service. Lots of noise from room next to us well into the night. Lots of street noise from street below.

Review 29：We loved everything about our stay. Lynn and Frederick were exceptional and very accommodating. The service was very prompt and all of the staff was delightful. The location of this hotel is perfect, with lots of shopping and dining in walking distance. The live band at the pool was the cherry on our cake....loved it all.
Review 30：I wish I had a tub. The bed wasn't as plush as the four seasons(sorry). I also would have liked the pool to have been heated more since we had three little kids in it.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Woodlands since my brother lives here. I visit about twice a year. I plan on using you guys again. Having a big room helps bc my mother will often stay over. I come with my young son from NYC. The staff is very attentive. The front desk is a little green. One young lady was obviously joking about my requests with the security gaurd. I think people forget that they can be heard and perceived by their customers. But for the most part your employees are really trying to make the hotel run smoothly.
