Review 1：We had a problem at check in whit my debit card they couldn't use it took over an hour for check in thank god we had an extra credit card

Review 3：Air conditioning in room broken and extrmemely hot and uncomfortable and when complained nothing was fixed or offered to make changes to bill to compensate

Review 4：I couldn't complain about our stay at all.the only complaint I have is I wish I had booked our weeks stay there in october instead of at the red roof inn across the street.

Review 5：The location of hotel was only about 10-15 min from shopping and dining. I liked that breakfast was included in the booking. They drove us to a bus stop to nyc but noticed they had a shuttle that took you to and from times square if you got up early enough. They picked us up from the bus stop at no charge.

Review 9：Very affordable price. The 24-hour shuttle to and from anywhere in town, including train station is HUGE advantage. The train station is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, trains depart to and arrive from NYC Penn Station every 5-10 minutes and it's only a 10 minutes train ride. The room is decent size and tidy. The breakfast is tasty and filling. The hotel is a bit old but clean and you will pay twice as much (best case) for the same kind of room on Manhattan.

Review 10：There was a mix-up with room numbers and because of this we were involved in an upsetting situation.

Review 18：When we went down for our "complementary" breakfast, there was about 15 minutes left and we were not allowed to sit in the dining room because they were preparing for lunch. However, we were told that we could sit in the bar area and that the food would be out for a little longer. I simply put my food down and went back to get juice, and half of everything was gone. Worse yet, the waitress came over and told us we had to leave because breakfast was over! We were trying to finish our coffee! Would I ever go back, probably not!!!

Review 33：I booked two rooms through Booking.com. When I got there they said they charged me for one room. When I pointed it out they said they were booked. We needed two rooms, but they only had one. So I asked if I could have a refund to find another hotel with two rooms. They would not do that. I got on the phone with Booking.com and they called the hotel who "found" an extra room for us to stay.

Breakfast was complimentary but a healthy option would be nice such as more fresh fruit and yogurt and a better cereal selection. Also didn't like the foam cups and dishes and plastic spoons. It needs to be proper cutlery and cups etc. the sides of the carpet in the room needed a good Hoover.

Review 39：It was great being outside of Manhattan. It was a quiet area and not so busy like Manhattan. There was subway and coffee place in a 5 min walk. The was a free shuttle that took you to bus/train stop, but we didn't use it and just walked 10 mins to bus stop. Rooms are huge, had double bed each and the to had loads of channels to choose from in English.

Hotel has free shuttle which goes to bus stop or train station. Also you may ask to bring you to the shop. Bus to New York costs 3,20$. It takes 20 min to go to New York. Train costs 4$. The city Secaucus is vey nice, calm, beautiful, clean. We liked it very much. Personal in hotel is friendly and nice. This hotel and the city is a good place for rest after noisy New York.

Review 44：Loved everything about the hotel. Free shuttle to the train station and I loved the bar! My room was very clean and plenty of towels. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice. Really good breakfast that was included. Went to a football game and took the free shuttle to the train station. 4.00 dollars round trip to the Meadowlands and I was picked up after the game 12:00-12:30 am and taken back to the hotel. I will stay there again when I go back to see another game!

Review 54：The vehicle that is the shuttle to and from the hotel to the train station is a family car. It only seats 6 people along with the driver. Communications with the front desk and the driver was poor. The car was just too small to handle the peak times in which the customer wanted or needed to be at the train station. We had to pile in 8 people in the car or wait an hour at the train station at midnight to get back. To park the car at the train station, the front desk stated it costs $30. I really don't think it is that much $$$. They did not know much about the train, buses or some items in the area.One person only should be handling activities and transportation.

I was disappointed that we weren't told in advance of our stay that you shuttle service wasn't running regularly as advertised. I was disappointed with the fact that the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished properly until the end time. I had to call about the wifi not working in the room and someone told me they would reboot it when they had a chance.

Breakfast poor quality and not a lot of choices, better eat outside. Shuttles for drop off and pick-up hardly available. We reserved for drop off but when we came down (on time), the driver had left for some other hotel service. Next shuttle was a wait of 1.5 hrs so we ended up using our own car that we parked at the railway station to go to NYC. Overall, poor hotel
