Review 1：- Lightning in the tiny fitness center goes off, even if you are exercising - Charged a little over from what I was expecting from booking.com (almost $100 more - maybe taxes, but I'm not sure)

Review 3：Noise from 101 was horrific, woke me up at least 10 times during the night. Sound proofing is virtually non-existent, you can hear your neighbor breathing and all the noises from the street / highway.

Review 5：No pool A little difficult to access coming south on Rte. 101 particularly if not familiar with the side roads and exits. Going north on Rte. 101 is exceedingly simple as the exit is right by the hotel.

Review 23：The hotel was difficult to locate. Service was very erratic.&Quot;Breakfast" was iffy at best with no lighter options. Fruitwas limited to apples, occasionally oranges and rarely bananas. Therewas a single muffin option consisting of banana-nut for the entire time.The entire facility was kept at a freezing temperature with doors wideopen all day. Our 'handicapped' room consisted of a tub with ashower stool and some railings. The safes in the hotel did notwork.......but best of all was our view....of the trash bin, alwaysoverflowing. I have no idea how this hotel received the its rating.

There is a restaurant one block away in the Holiday Inn. Basic food but good enough for an evening meal if you have an early morning departure.

Our room, which featured a king size bed, was clean and well equipped. Registration staff was professional and very helpful. The free breakfast offered a nice variety of items. The location is immediately off Route 101 in a largely residential and commercial area. Did not see any restaurants within walking distance which was not a problem since we had a rental car. Overall, very pleased with stay

Review 60：I now remember why I stopped using Best Western. Noisy, poor soundinsulation between rooms or just thin walls along noisy hallways anddoors that slam. We got very little sleep as you could hear the outsidehighway and road traffic all night. Also this particular evening therewere people in the adjacent room and we could hear their conversationclearly all night. Calls to the front desk finally yielded a solution by3:00am but we had to be up at 4:00am for our flight. I will not bestaying here again simply because the rooms aren't quiet.
