Review 1：La falta de disposicion del personal de recepcion .No explicaban el manejo del hidromasaje ,del aire frio calor .No habia carteles o personal para explicar el tiempo de estar en las distintas piletas ni termometros que indicaran la temperatura del agua ni cuanto tiempo se podia estar como se de otros hoteles .Pero si disfrute de la tranquilidad .y la excelente atencion del personal de servicio ,como asi tambien de los mozos del restaaurant.

Review 2：Food is abundant and one can have healthy salads (self service), however, soups and other dishes are rather flavourless. Although the employees are polite and responsive, particularly those in the restaurant and bar are not very knowledgeable and do not come to offer drinks and food around the pools.

Review 3：The beautiful location, the lovely garden and pastures, the comfortable installations with delicious pools,all very quiet, peaceful, very relaxing, proper service and cleanliness.

Review 8：Please stop playing loud music at the poolside! We go there to relax,and for a bit of peace.... Which is impossible all the time there isthis loud aggressive pop music. We asked twice for it to be switched offand each time they said Yes at reception, but it never happened. Otherpeople were complaining about it, as well. We would never go back there,nor recommend this place to anyone unless this is resolved.
