Review 1：The air condition was noisy. When it cut in. My fault for not turning it off.

Review 2：Location.close to all.downtown shopping mall. Right next to boardwalk. Walking distance to bars.

I also think that breakfast should go longer than just 10:30 am.

Review 14：Not a bad experience, but a lack of restaurants in easy walking distance forced us to drive to the restaurant district a little farther up Main Street. However, parking lots were available at reasonable rates. The hotel would do well to add a restaurant or influence someone to restart the restaurant next door.

Review 24：Nice large room and bathroom. There is a walkway along the water that connects to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The best wifi I have had. I was able to stream a MLB TV baseball game.

Review 25：Our room was too cold and staff didn't inform us of the peculiarities of the heating system. We had an uncomfortable night because of it, unfortunately. Apparently, it is a problem well known to staff, so therefore, guests should be informed upon check-in.

Review 29：The river walk right at the hotel's door was beautiful. Festival in the park adjacent to river walk was interesting. Staff recommendations for local restaurants were perfect. Hotel facilities were perfect, beds perfect, breakfast was great. Locals using the river walk were very friendly. Lots of young professionals stayed at the hotel and were so nice to a couple of senior couples traveling for fun.

Review 30：Though I did not identify myself as a person with disabilities I felt I should be able to see the parking for disabled persons easily. I drove around the main parking without being able to see the parking and it was only visible as I approached the door in my wheelchair. Placing a visible sign and paint the pavement blue would help.

Review 31：The dining room staff were extremely helpful. I was staying for the day for a workshop and staying overnight in the hotel made my day comfortable and enjoyable.
