Review 1：Hotel could definitely use some updates to the interior, but there were some renovations going on during stay. So that could be a plus! Beds were not comfortable.

Review 6：It could use a little updating, especially the bathroom. A microwave would have been nice also. There was a family occupying two rooms across the hall that was very noisy from about 9 pm until about 12:30 a.m. Next time I'll ask for a room away from a crowd.

Review 8：The room had an order of mold. The entire toilet seat moved and was not properly seated. The room had not been cleaned very well especially the bathroom. Dead flies were in the plastic cups they furnished in the room for drinking. The bath tub was worn off and just not a clean feel. The curtains in the room were very dirty and you can tell they were not cleaned in years. Overall not worth the money and would choose another hotel next time

Review 14：The location was excellent. We were visiting The seafood festival, and we were right on the doorstep. We had a harbour view, and it was very relaxing to sit outside with a glass of wine to watch the boats, and we also saw a couple of dolphins. Would book again for sure.

Had to go get clean towel and had to go back because face tools wasn't clean and had ran out. After telling staff room wasn't clean they did not apologize.

No mat in the tub, one could have slipped and brokentheir neck. You could not even turn around in the bathroom. Each day wewere only given one wash cloth, the decor and bed linens looked 10years old.

This vacation trip wasplanned since Feb.2015, I had told the hotel and booking .com this wasto be a special siblings reunion and wanted it to be very nice. Thehotel did nothing out of the way to make that happen. I Know all coupleswere very dissapointed with the hotel. The destin area, sand, waters,views were all wonderful but the hotel was not.

Review 33：However, the beds were so old they squeaked when you sat or laid down. The breakfast was awful. The pool area needs attention. Seagulls use the pool as a bath and bathroom. Rather disgusting. The outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The bathroom is very tight.

It was right in between the harbor walk and the beautiful beaches in destin so it worked out perfect, I loved that so many stores where literally a couple of blocks down so you could easily walk there. They have a little beach side looking area on the harbor and it was beautiful to see the sunset and sunrise from there. Saw Dolphins and fireworks. The staff was really nice about everything and we're always very friendly. I will definitely think about booking here again!

Review 49：The bed was entirely too soft; the carpet was really filthy and there was stains in the tub. The bottom of the tub looked like it had been painted over and there was something that looked like food in the tub. We told the front desk clerk about it and she offered to come up and clean it herself, but we couldn't let her do that because she was by herself so we asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The television had a lot of static; did play a clear picture. I also did not like that I was charged $10.00 more than what my reservation guaranteed. And the breakfast was horrible!! Very low budget food. Packaged sausage and biscuits, fruit that was too ripe and cheap muffins. Really bad.
Review 50：The staff was very friendly. I loved the location. It was convenient to everything! I had a harbor view room. The view was spectacular. I sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise and the boats sailing. It was awesome.

Review 58：Stayed two non-consecutive nights in two different rooms. Both rooms should have toilet and shower hardware replaced, as they leaked and had only been quickly repaired. The window air conditioners worked well, but the condensation dripped on to the balcony in one of my rooms, creating a slimy puddle that you had to step in if you wanted to use the balcony. Seems like the owner is no interested in reinvesting into the hotel.

Bathtub was rusty looks very scary,and I can't even seat still without lines on 1 side. Wall paper is falling off the wall. We were terrified. But no manager for us to talk to. Expensive but not worthy. We are sure will not come again.
Review 75：Very nice place. Each room has a balcony with a sliding glass door. The door glass was clean. Nice pool. Spent a lot of time at in the little nook on the way to the pool. Great view of the bay.

Fireworks are done on the harbor on Thursdays and we were able watch from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location and is close to everything.

The decor on the inside was very pretty and the breakfast area was nicely decorated with a great selection. The staff was very Nice and helpful to any concern or question I had. Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. It was a nice sized room also! Would recommend this place to anyone! Will return again soon!
