Review 1：Carpets in rooms need to come out, definitely need shoes or flip flops to wear. The chairs need to be changed, one was a tad wobbly and another had a pillowcase? covering the seat as I can only imagine what it looked like underneath. Bathroom was pretty clean but taps a bit loose. Wasn't sure if it would come off in my hands. Toiletries could have been a bit better, soaps were thin so you'd end up with pieces, a bit inadequate.
Review 2：Excellent wifi, nice to have laundry facilities, 2 washers, 2 dryers @ 1.50/per load. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Single story so no footsteps overhead. Friendly front desk. Overall for under $50 incl. taxes, you get what you pay for and in this case it was just that. Good enough for a one- nighter.
Review 3：phone and bathroom light switch very dirty They switched us from a queen bed to a king bed and charged us more than we had booked the room for. We didn't ask for it so they should not have charged us more., since they gave our queen bed room to someone else.

Review 6：Very, very clean and well kept grounds and rooms. Proprietor, Pete, is an excellent innkeeper; very friendly and concerned for my comfort. Well lit parking lot and room was nice and quiet.
Review 7：You were given 1 packet to make coffee and on the weekend the maids never or didn't show up to do room. When asked for more coffee owner told me he had already given my wife 2 packets of coffee and coffee was expensive it would be a buck and a quarter a packet. He had only given her 1. I don't mind paying for good service but if you don't, don't try and nickel and dime me with poor services. I have slept on a lot of beds worse than these

Review 9：We came in to town about midnight and the front desk agent waited up for us with a smile and very accommodating . In the morning, the owners gave our kids muffins and cookies for our trip, very nice feeling. Just genuinely good people!

Review 20：Staff is very nice. They memorized my name and greeted me whenever they saw me on the property. The property is a bit dated but it is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Review 23：I didn't like that I was emailed a price for my room and when i got to the location they wanted to charge me $5 more for each of my children. I requested extra towels.. They didn't have any. No room service. When I requested maid service, my beds were not made and the room was not wiped down. They only took out the trash. I spent $9.50 to was and dry 2 loads. The guest laundry facility is expensive.

Review 34：The bed pillows were totally flat and hard. The chair at the vanity was broken, but still somewhat useable. The bathroom was a nightmare. The room was small, the tile in the bathtub area needed to be completely re-done. Plus two handles on the sink, both labeled 'Hot'. The whole bathroom needs to be totally updated. Dinky towels that were so rough it was uncomfortable to dry off after a shower. There's no closet, just a place to hang clothes near the front door. The room in general needs a complete re-do and be up to date. The little fridge was ok, but clearly old and held almost nothing. Also the walls are paper-thin.
Review 35：The room was large and spacious with a nice king sized bed. It was also nice to have a table and chairs plus a vanity with a chair.
Review 36：It was a good place to stay for a couple nights. But the owners were rude and snooty. When I had a situation come up I asked if I could check out at 12 and they refused very rudely too. So I was trying to get every thing together and finish packing the car and at 11:15 the wife knocked on my door took my key and told me to get out my time was up. So not very good to work with.

Review 66：The bad: the parking lot I'd kind of cramped on one side of the hotel - if you have a compact car and staying in room 131 then you're fine but a larger vehicle might not fit when another guest parks his car next to the pool and blocks you off, the bathrooms are aesthetically unappealing - they seriously need an update in their fixtures but they get the job done, I found a few LONG stray hairs in my bed and in towel, our air conditioner took a while to cool down but because of it we had the motivation to run off and take a dip in the pool (so maybe not too bad,) and the thing that did not sit well with me was the fact that the people at the front office kept making a big deal about two males having reserved a room with only one bed. They kept asking if I was sure it was alright and only for "a few more dollars" I could upgrade to a second one. Had she asked only once would've been fine but it got annoying quick. I wanted to get out of the office so quickly that I didn't get the chance to get the Wi-Fi password hence the lack of a review on their internet service.
Review 67：The good: it's small and private, the price is quite affordable, the pool area is really nice considering how old the facilities are, and their smoking rooms do not smell unpleasant or look unattractive and yellow.
Review 68：Not really dislikes. Keep in mind this is a BUDGET motel. Other people complained that the room wasn't cool upon arrival: hotel can't possibly do that and keep prices low. Yes, furniture is dated bcause it's a BUDGET motel.
