Review 1：We have stayed here before with no problems. This time when we got to our room it wasn't what we had booked. When I went to the front desk they told me that booking.com had made the error, and there was nothing they could do. The girl at the desk was very rude about it. In order to get the room I had booked, we were charged a much higher rate. The front desk girls were also very rude to a family member that came to meet us in the lobby.

Review 3：Staff accomadated us when we realized we needed an oven to cook a pizza. They quickly fired up their oven and cooked our pizza for us!
