Review 1：Still the best value in Yuma. Older facilities, but clean and comfortable with micro/fridge included. Close to restaurants and grocery store. I never stay anywhere else.

Review 16：I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The television reception was excellent. The wifi was a bit slow, but was glad to have it. The room was clean and towels a better quality than you would expect from a hotel in this price range.
Review 17：Downside is the shower. I had to fiddle with the shower head to get it to work reasonably. I know that there are water restrictions in Yuma but a new shower head would do wonders. And the plug sockets are worn out. I had to try multiple plugs to find one that my phone charger didn't fall out

Review 20：I often stay here a couple of days when travelling to Mexico. There is a nice family running it and your basic needs are met with the cable TV, micro and fridge. Wi-Fi was great.

Review 36：Cheap and cheerful! Simple accommodation for a one night stay. Good selection of eating places within walking distance. Bit out of town but easy acces from the highway.
Review 37：Bathroom facilities are aged and leaking, max water heat is ok for shower but could be a little warmer during the colder months. WiFi connection in farther part of the building is not stable and slow. No breakfast but many different dining options close by including Bubba's Diner (next door) which serves great food at reasonable price in an authentic old time diner atmosphere.
Review 38：I have returned to this place after previously spending a few more days a week earlier. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent on main avenue - easy to find and to get around. A decent place to lay down your head and spend the night. There is also an outdoor pool which I did not use because weather was too cold. At the price paid I was more than happy for the value I got.
Review 39：The bed was lumpy, they need new pillows, the rugs were dirty and old, the bathroom window didnt open so no fan to get out the exaust from shower, the room smelled, and all in all it was a room that was cheap, and its what you pay for is what you got

I really am not very sensitive to folks smoking or whatever but there comes a time (like decades) that the old, dank, smoke smell is just overwhelming. I'm sorry to write this because the guy seemed nice and the price was fine, it just really smelled terrible...
