Review 1：The shower was cold. It was so noisy, that I didn't get any rest. And the breakfast was a joke.
Review 2：The location was good from where I needed to go. The price was reasonable, guest you get what you pay for.
Review 3：The desk staff he was real rude. The booking was for double beds smoking rooms on bottom floor due to disabled. Instead we were put on top floor in non-smoking rooms where we had to go out in the cold and rain to smoke.

Review 5：Yes, things are a little dated, but all was in good repair. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. They were happy to accommodate our no-smoking room preference and called to check on us when we were later arriving than expected. We would stay again.
Review 6：Very sweet people, the facility is a little out dated but the price was right!!! And they even make cofee and provide pastries for the guests in the mornings!
Review 7：Rooms were very out of date. Not clean, we found a sex toy in one of the drawers while looking for an extra blanket. Had to call front desk to have them remove it from our room. Disgusting!!!! We will NOT be staying here ever again. Thank GOD our children weren't on the trip with us.

Review 10：The carpet and the room stunk so bad that we used a whole bottle of fa breeze to just try and mask the smell long enough to get to sleep! The bathroom door you could'nt even shut cause it never fit the door way. Absolutely no water pressure, not even enough water pressure in the sink to even wash your hands, no pool, been tore up for a long while I guess but they don't tell you until you are checked all in and paid.

Review 19：Price- $50 a night when I stayed. Friendliness- they let us print, usingtheir own computer when our computer couldn't locate the printer.Didn't ask how much we were printing or anything. Also notified uswhen we left an inside light on in the car. Plasma screen tv, clean bed,fridge & microwave. Plus, close to F-ville and Springdale.
Review 20：The loud "weekly customs" would be the biggest complaint. But after we called front desk it stopped. And the breakfast was disappointing.
Review 21：This was one of the best stays. Only 2 complaints. The "weekly rate" customers were loud and thumped a lot and we heard every footstomp. Also when I read "breakfast", i expected a little more than little Debbie snacks. Aside from those 2 things, everything else was awesome. Amazing bed,very clean room and was impossible to get lost from its location(we tried). Will definitely recommend and be staying when we come thew again.

Review 26：First booking.com didn't get my reservation sent over to the hotel. So thanks for the extra trouble booking.com. I reserved a queen bed and the key didn't work to the door so I got two twin beds. Toilet had pee all over it so I had to clean it. Little debbies they called breakfast were expired and almost made us sick. When I told the owner this he simply gave me ten dollars back. I didn't want his money I wanted a good night stay on valentines day.

Review 29：The staff was very nice and for the price I was shocked. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. Plan on going back next week. And close to mall and resteraunts.
Review 30：Have to get coffee in the office and ice on the other side of the building. No bathroom fan so lots of mildew. Very short shower head. I am 5'8" and cracked the back of my head. Disgusting bandaid randomly stuck on the inside of room door. Strange man knocking on the door at 10:30 pm. Latch broken so window did not actually open.
Review 31：Price was $57 for a Friday night. The location is on the Springdale/Fayetteville line, so close to both. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs and free WiFi. Free breakfast was pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Not much, but I prefer this to places that leave food sitting out for all to touch and sneeze on.

Review 34：Too close to road for us, so very noisy and other guests were loud and boisterous in the middle of the night. May be the caliber of the people that choose cheaper accommodations. We typically spend more,but could not find a place for the date we needed.

Review 43：I didn't like that I had to come home, put all luggage and clothing in the garage and have an exterminator come and treat for bedbugs. I'm hoping that nothing survives in the garage. Makes me never want to sleep in any bed but my own!
Review 44：Appeared "eye clean". We were there for 4 nights for a wedding. Completely satisfied for the first 3 nights, until we spotted an adult bedbug marching across the sheets. When I called the proprietor he insisted that they don' t have bedbugs! He had better have Room 106 checked. They will take over his establishment, if they haven't already.

Review 50：We booked this motel for Bikes, Blues an BBC. It was a great location for what we needed. Nothing fancy, but great for being on a bike. Their breakfast was prepackaged pastries and coffee. No juice, no cereal. The staff was friendly.

Review 56：Tried to keep a photo copy of my driver's license on file- and it gets "archived" in their records. While I've found a couple of other hotels tried to do that in the past (and I left) - I believe no one should have that information, as the hotel already has your credit card, so therefore potential for credit card theft exists. I fought about it and they were fine, and let it go...

Review 106：I had booked a room online three days prior to our arrival, but when we got there, they didn't have our confirmation. Luckily, I had the one I printed off from my computer. We asked for a non-smoking room with two queen beds. They obviously only had a smoking one, because there was a lot of confusion while they were trying to find us a room. When they showed us the room, it had been so heavily sprayed with orange room spray that we could hardly breath and had to open the windows and doors. We stayed because they'd already charged my credit card and we'd traveled 5 hours and we were tired. My husband, who only likes showers was unable to get the shower to work.

The regular check in staff were not there and the maintenance staff member worked to help us get things sorted out. It was late and knowing with college graduation the next day, there were no other room options available in the area.
