Review 1：Air conditioning was extremely loud. I had to turn it off and use the fans instead, which cooled the rooms pretty nicely. The manager didn't make me feel welcome at all. The bikes need an upgrade also.

Review 8：We loved the fact that this is a small hotel with lots of personal features. I loved the fact that things like kitchen towel, hand wash, detergent, tissues were all brand new. Each room seems to be different and decorated beautifully. The pool area is lovely. We were sorry not to be able to use the bbq due to a tropical storm.
Review 9：I liked the fact that you walked across the street and there was the ocean. The pool was fantastic!! The girl that greeted us was wonderful. She let us check in early. Made sure we knew where everything was. You even use the bicycles there. The decor was lovely!!

We will return here many times when in South Florida. another plus an awesome location in a quiet and lovely neighborhood by the beach.

We feel asleep poolside over night and were never disturbed. Very clean, very cozy, we paid for a room and received a one bedroom apt. on the beach. Will stay here again and again.
