Review 1：Rooms need to be updated and modernized. Need new beds, stoves, etc.Wifi did not work very well. Cleanliness was definitely an issue.

Review 3：The Motel Managemet. These people are the most un professional and rude motel managers I have ever met. I believe they are a Husband /Wife pair that clearly don't have any "people skills" and are completely inept at personal communication. They're simply going through the motions in trade for a residence of there own, no doubt "rent free" I hope this finds the motel "owners" so they can find a replacement for their managers. I won't stay there again as long as those two are employed there. Furthermore; I am letting everyone I know, that travels to Yuma, NOT to Book at Desert Grove Resort Motel..
Review 4：The facilities are adequate. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a secluded place which appeals to me.I like my environment QUIET and with out people with all their annoying mannerisms.
Review 5：The rooms and furniture were very dirty. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and there were big stains on the carpet as well as the furniture - you would not consider taking your shoes off. The bathroom doors and fixtures need to be replaced as well as all the cupboards and furniture. The hot tub was boarded over and the wifi worked once in a while. The entire facility needs to be refurbished. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Review 16：The rooms are actually like studio apartments with full kitchens(fridge, oven/stove, toaster, microwave, mr. coffee and dishes) just like home.The bathroom has excellent water pressure which seems rare in Yuma. I get the room with Two queen beds and there is still plenty of space.I highly recommend this hotel and concider it the hidden gem of Yuma.
Review 17：The only negatives were that the a/c kept freezing up and the pool, while large and beautifully arranged, was not clean...and the roof was under repair. They start working early because of the heat. Not so good for getting rest, but completed by now so not really a strike against the property.
Review 18：The rooms were simple but with some surprisingly elegant touches. We were very comfortable. I plan on returning to Yuma and will stay there again.
