Review 1：Breakfast - ran out of food before the end of breakfast, not enough room to accommodate all guests at breakfast. Especially on a holiday and between 9-9:30. Suggestion - on a holiday extend the breakfast time by 30 minutes and have enough food available. Too many small kids running around during breakfast, not relaxing.

Review 3：From the moment arriving at the front desk I was greeted with kindness from Janis. She was truly awesome throughout my stay here. My room was beautiful and very clean. Also, the breakfast was great too! My next visit to Pearland Texas I will most definitely stay here again.
Review 4：Scalding hot water. Shower faucet was backward (hot cold reversed) & was apparently broken because it went around & around. The water was so hot it was a definite liability. Advised front desk.

Review 14：Very stuffy room. There is no possibility to open windows in a room to air it. The air condition doesn't not let to make air fresh and to remove stale smell of not aired space for a long time. There is no sufficient light in a room. Plastic dishes for breakfast.

Review 16：Traveled with three older kids ages 17 to 20. Our room had a 2 Dbl Queen beds and pullout sofa, with microwave and fridge, which was perfect for our party of 5. Everyone had their own space and it made relaxing so much more fun. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. We even were surprised to be able to do a full load of laundry onsite too. My husband and son used the work out room and pool. The location is close to shopping and restaurants with plenty of variety. The staff are A++! Definitely plan to stay here again.
