Review 1：The room was not clean, the fridge did not work, the bathroom door did not shut. Plus there was cockroaches and hair in the bed. The staff were rude and blamed us for the internet not working. The receptionist did not give me a recipt and got angry when I asked for one. They only cleaned our room once in 4 days. Over all it was a terrible place to stay.

Review 3：The staff was very rude for checking in purposes, when we went in our room it was not clean which was at 4pm. Check in is supposed to be at 1 so there is no reason that we should not have had clean towels, sheets and the previous stayers garbage was still in there. The cleaning lady came in while we were changing and asked if she could finish cleaning
Review 4：Filthy room, window fell out when opening it , dead bolt didn't work on door, air conditioner worked but was was so loud you couldn't hear Tv ,remote didn't work for Tv. Bathroom blinds had at least an inch of dirt and dust on them ----never again !

Review 8：The first room wasn't cleaned yet, the receptionist came to me with another room key to another room. The mattress had broken springs, you could see the giant dip in the mattress

Review 12：Stained bedspread, staff did not honor discount that was told over phone to print out and show ($5 off), broken fridge, taped up/stained/old chairs, broken toilet paper holder, broken towel rack, broken pieces missing out of furniture, rusty bath water, No clocks. Fuzzy TV. Poor office hours. Hot water for coffee that was only available when office was unlocked (not until 7 a.m.). Limited knowledge from staff. Door handle was wiggled at 12:15 a.m. and scared me half to death. I didn't sleep more than 5 minutes the rest of the night! Old take out menus that don't have updated price. Reported some concerns to staff whom were not willing to do anything....

Review 16：My husband was treated poorly by one of the staff. There were no towels/washcloths for showers in the room. There was only about 1/8 roll of toilet paper and no extra in room. The room was extremely dated and run down, but with that being said, it was fairly clean. Good size room.
Review 17：Towels and bedding had stains on them. Tv didn't work. Middle of summer and it was hotter in the room than it was outside. Air conditioner made a lot of noise and blew hot air. Staff was unfriendly and wouldn't exchange a pillow case and couldn't get clean towels for our second night. Cops were there twice our second night. Would have stayed somewhere else the second night but everything else was booked.

Room made me sick due to dirt and odors. Not secure with a broken window. Then if you do decide that you cannot stay there, they still charge you for 1 night. Not right if their room makes you sick! Suggest you stay at any lower price hotel for the money.

Review 60：It was gross and I tried to get my money back and I was told "no it is not clean, but you cannot have your money back" so I am fighting it with my credit card company. The chair in our room was falling apart, the rug looked like someone was murdered on it, and the bathtub was not clean. The lobby is dirty and the guy at the front desk, although decently nice, was disgusting himself and was hacking lugies while talking to us. The room did smell like mold. It's not worth saving a few dollars we stayed at the Microhotel by the Walmart for $10 more a night and it was clean with big beds

Review 62：Dirty towels, dirty floor, mold in fridge, broken furniture, no lamp shades, dirty shower, filthy air conditioner controls, fridge very loud, dirty sheets, loud people in parking lot until 3am, broken window blinds. The surrounding neighborhood was nice, but this location seemed to be the 1/4 mile that wasn't, attractive all sorts of riff-raff.

Review 68：Like the furnishings and motel itself, the carpeting was very old. It was also extremely stained and pulling loose from the floor. Bedding was old and stained. Strong odors of mildew and damp rot in hallway and room. I will not stay here again.
