Review 1：Rooms were clean,AC worked great. We loved the pool. Lots of resturants nearby. Not too far from Galveston. The free breakfast was good. Only stayed one night next time will be able to stay longer.

Review 2：Not being told up front that there would be a pet fee. Why not just add it into the rate during the booking process? There was a large gap under the door where warm air was entering the room, and I bent down to see exactly how large it was, and I could see the people walking outside very clearly. That bothered me, so I blocked it with a cloth that was draped over the bed.

Review 3：It is quiet and separated from Walmart's parking lot by a large row of hedges. I only heard the faint sound of the train after I woke up during the night, but it didn't sound as close to the hotel as others make it seem. It sounds like it's a couple blocks away? I did have the fan on all night, though, to drown out the sounds. My room was next to the laundry room, so it was nice to not hear anyone talking next door. The décor was pleasant.

Review 4：THe mattress was very hard, but that is our problem, as many people like that! This isn't a complaint, but I Forgot to tell you the remote for the TV said to ask for a new remote from the front desk, as the batteries were very low. Had to ask for extra towels every day. 2 towels are not enough for two people.

Review 5：The staff was terrific and the room was spotless. Requests for more towels was promptly handled. We will definitely stay with you again!!!

Review 7：The location is great for easy access to the Pearland facilities and for the South Houson area, Relient Stadium etc... Laundry service is next door.

Review 8：Staff didn't use the credit card I handed them, used one on file; no elevator; had to drag suitcases up several flights of stairs in the pouring rain; noisy. Room next door played TV loud all night long; No one to help with bags the day I left; very difficult to find the hotel; I was there to attend a family funeral and all this just added to the stress; evening desk clerk not too helpful; oh well attitude; You need to consider an elevator; some guest not able to drag luggage up several flights of stairs.

Review 10：The cover up perfume smells of air freshner was so bad I couldn't stay the second night. I just told them I got to go back home early. But I left Houston and drove 5.5 hrs to another motel/hotel.

Review 21：Railroad tracks were close to hotel so I was woken up several times by train horns. Did not bother my boys though. I was excited about fan in the room until I turned it on and it was extremely squeaky and we were unable to sleep with it on.

Review 22：Swimming pool was awesome with an island paradise atmosphere! Beds were extremely comfortable and staff was friendly. TV wad large and high quality! Frig in our room was a plus!

Review 23：The Mgr was very rude to my wife. The refirgerator didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work when we asked to get some help the mgr told my wife it was just our bad luck that these item didn't work. On a side bar everytime we stay in a hotal we need a refrigerator to keep my daughters insulin cold. As far as luck goes it's a two way street and I will never stay at your hotal again. I'm a professional driver, I use hotels 5 and 6 times a month, just your bad luck that I will not use your services anymore. And will make a point to tell everyone I work with about my bad luck.
