Review 1：Just what we thought we'd be getting. A serviceable place to stay. A good night's sleep, clean room and more selection for the continental breakfast than we would have expected.

Review 2：Bed was uncomfortable. Room had musty smell. The included breakfast was a good touch - however the food was stale and items needed some refrigeration.

Review 4：You really got what you paid for. It is a Motel so the quality of the motel is low. The furniture is cheap and I can easily touch the ceiling by raising my hand halfway. However, they keep it clean and the staff is friendly. I am a single woman and I felt safe arriving and leaving at night. So if you just need a clean and safe place to lay your head down for a few days, this is it! If you want nice plush pillows and bedding and room service , then you are wasting your time.

Review 5：We were great by a very nice gentleman who was prepared for our arrival. He welcomed us and gave us a map of the town and the surrounding area and answered our questions. He also had turned on the AC and lights for us before we got there. Nice.

Review 12：This is a great value-for-money motel, centrally located on Route Two just a short drive from the center of Williamstown. The staff were fantastic. Just don't expect it to be anything more than a very good, newly renovated motel.

Review 13：From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. Room was fresh and clean. Comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was impressive for a motel. Fresh fruit, a range of bread products cereal Etc.

Review 14：Cleaners used for cleaning room were too strong for sensitive noses. Please clean up the little trash in the lovely flower garden at the parking area.

Review 18：Plumbing was loud. Wi-fi was horrible. Only able to connect once or twice and it was painfully slow. Though room was clean, the drapes,bedspread,comforter didn't match at all. Need a little work on decor. And the bed was hard, woke up stiff.

Switched us to 2nd floor, but put us in a room with 2 beds, not 1. Terrible quality towels, tiny, scratchy, not enough. WIFI- had to call front desk to get password. Should be on sheet in room, rather than a sheet, telling you to call front desk. WIFI went out while we were streaming s movie from Amszon

Review 27：This motel is an incredible value. The owners clearly understand hospitality. The rooms are decorated with flair, and Room 7 felt spacious with two very comfortable arm chairs, a refrigerator and microwave, and several small tables. Everything was scrupulously clean; the housekeeper lives on-site and introduced herself the first day. The cold breakfast included a wide variety (fresh fruit, cereal, bread/bagels/muffins, yogurt, cake rusk which is a new favorite, peanut butter, toaster) and was available 7-10am. There's a discount when you eat next door at Olympic Pizza, a Greek and pizza restaurant a cut above ordinary. The motel is on the edge of Williamstown, convenient to both Williamstown and North Adams, and well set back from the road.

Room was clean, good sized and had coffee maker, fridge & microwave...which is a plus. Owner was personable & helpful. We just wanted a clean, comfortable room for the night and that is exactly what we got.

Review 45：This motel is a good budget stopover. No frills and the wifi signal is intermittent at best. The breakfast is surprisingly good with choice of cereal, fruit and pastries.

Review 46：On arrival the host was dealing with a tradesman and it all seemed a bit of a rush to deal with us. On opening the door: large stain on carpet, door jamb appeared to have been broken down and repaired. Connecting to wfi was erratic, tv picture kept breaking up. We switched on a bedside light and it flickered. We took it to the manager who said don't slide the switch all the way on. We took it back, tried it again and it was still flickering so we disconnected it. The price we payed was the same as many other places that provided excellent service, clean rooms and exceptional breakfasts. We felt that these were new owners as they had little local knowledge. If this is the case, it might have helped to explain the poor state and services and we hope they learn and make a successful business of it.
