Review 1：$8 a bottle for the water in the room. Really? Most cheaper hotels give you a couple of free bottles in the room.

Review 2：The hotel is in an excellent location on Vero Beach. Modern decor with South Beach feel. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. Rooms were modern and a perfect fit for the beach. The pillow top bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee machine. Free parking.

Review 3：The restaurant was out of appitizers Thanksgiving night. There was no breakfast tea at 8:45 in the morning & the restaurant was also out of breakfast sausage before 9:00 a.m..

Review 4：We had to wait for the Manager Steven for more than two hours until we were able to cancel the two nights.

Review 5：We were able to cancel a part of our stay on short notice at arrival. We wanted to cancel two of the booked three nights due to the fact that we didn't really like the small town after we arrived there. It had nothing to do with the hotel that we wanted to shorten our stay. In fact the facilities of Costa d'Este are very nice.

Review 9：Upon check in, we were sent to the wrong building and room. Once we got to the right room, we were given the wrong room card. A maintenance man interrupted us to finish installing a closet light. When we turned down the bed on the first night, the sheets were filled with beach sand, we almost wanted to leave at this point, but instead called for clean sheets and changed it ourselves. Considering how clean the room was, the sand on the sheets was very disappointing.

Review 10：Room decor was appealing, resort was very quiet, beach was never crowded, the resort is very close to the beach, maintenance staff was very helpful and nice, huge shower, comfortable bed, our room was very clean. Our second floor room provided a spacious balcony & wonderful oceanfront views and was literally a stones throw from the beach. This resort will provide you with all the peace, quiet and relaxation you need on a vacation. Other than the few hickups, the quality of this resort is comparable to any Westin.

Review 11：The front desk, housekeeping staff and valet were super friendly. The location is fabulous. Booked through Booking.com and got a terrific deal.Then the front desk upgraded me. I would stay there again.

Review 12：Could have had a cleaner beach. It looked like seaweed came ashore and was not cleaned up. Every picture we took of the beach from our balcony had a line of seaweed.

Review 17：The accomations were auhmazing! Modern and sleek. The resort is justbeautiful. Each one of the staff members were so helpful and friendly.They each went above and beyond in every circumstance. Never did we passby a staff member without being greeted or asked if they could help uswith anything. The manager came by or table and spoke with us about ourstay. Robert at the poolside was extremely helpful with making sure weand the kids had everything to our liking. Also, Hector (I think thatwas his name, sorry) was an excellent bellman and friendly. Good anddrinks were great. The prices are resort prices. But overall great stayand hope to be back soon!

Review 18：Fantastic property; ideal location on beach; in center of delightful restaurant and shopping area. Management and staff were more pleasant, personable, and professional than any other hotel/resort we have ever visited. Don't miss this one!

Review 39：Only negative was our room location. We were told we were getting an "upgrade" because the room we booked through Booking.com was not available. However, it was a ground room floor on the end by the elevator, so we could hear every conversation of every group as they came and went.

Review 40：The property was lovely and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice touches included a complementary chair massage at check in, and complementary mojito. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and came back to our room after going out to find chocolate covered strawberries!

Review 48：Bug infested room. Air conditioning did not work and no screens in windows. Took 2 days and 7 requests to fix air conditioning. Staff was beyond rude. Management was unresponsive and then equally as rude. They lied in a long response to a trip advisor review I wrote. I have traveled all over the world stayed in probably 1000 hotels and never have been compelled to write one review until now. Don't stay here. People who treat their customers this way should not be in business. It was not just one thing or one bad apple. It is pervasive through out the entire place.

Review 49：The fire alarm was activated 3 times during the week of our stay. Not really a problem, but the siren was one of the loudest noises we have ever experienced in our lives! It is very effective, though, and we can assure you that no-one will sleep through an alarm!!

Review 50：We stayed here for a week in March and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - great hotel in a fantastic, beachfront location. Efficient, friendly, professional staff; lovely, spacious and well equipped rooms; great pool and access on to the beach. If possible, treat yourself to an ocean-front room - the fantastic sunrises are worth every penny!

Review 51：It is a worn renovation of an old hotel. Most of the rooms are dark and overlook rooftop a/c units or parking lots. A $120 daily resort fee covers a small gym, the beach and pool. If the weather is off, there are no amenities, but you are charged for the unusable pool & beach. String lights have been added to the exterior to add "charm" but is not consistent with the Miami Deco theme. The décor is tired looking. This is not a $450.00 per night hotel. If you can get an oceanfront room for $250., that would be fair. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Review 54：I must say, Costa de Este exceeded our expectations! The hotel is like a gem along an amazing coastline. White and modern, it has great amenities. The pool is warm salt water and the jacuzzi is soothing. This lovely hotel sits beach front and offers free chairs to lounge seaside. The rooms are large. We were two, with two small dogs and a lot of bags and we never felt cramped. Each room faces the pool or outward and has a partial sea view. There is a small balcony to enjoy and the shower and bath are modern and amazing to indulge in after a day poolside or out at the beach. It's located on Orchid Island and it boasts 700 feet of private beach to relax by. The service is impeccable and it has a great gym. The spa was a delight with extra touches all around. We will be back.

Review 55：For the most part the staff seemed young and just not excited to be there. It def. had a vacation relaxed vibe. The other thing is do not drink the coffee in the hotel room. The coffee is an open air container so germs can easily get in it. On top of that, it was delivered in a bag that also carried soap and other items...which is just not safe. I thought the price for the room was pretty pricey.

Review 56：The property is very funky but cool. We LOVED our hotel room - it was a fantastic size with the most comfortable bed. We were on the ocean side so sitting on the balcony was and listening to the ocean was a treat. I would hands down recommend this hotel for someone staying in Vero Beach. I did have a service and thought the spa was nice. Just note that it is small the dressing area

Review 57：Bartender cut finger as he muddled mojitos and continued while his finger dripped blood into the drinks! Common sense folks! Needless to say I refused the drink. Service was slow in room and restaurant

Review 58：Went there to have som sun&bath. Perfect situated ON the beach, so we could choose to take a swim in the ocean or just stay at the pool. A bit off-season, so not so many other guests. Beautiful hotelroom with special interior details. Comfortable beds. Nice and friendly staff, and the food at the restaurant was good. Last friday every month, the main street is closed at night; There were local music and food, and was just the way to spend a friday night after a long day in the car. Don`t forget to taste the local Orange Ice-cream in the shop next to the hotel :-)

The animal life there is treated (turtles!) respectfully and we hope it will stay this way. The restaurant is rather expensive, but the quality and the presentation of the meals is great.

The staff was a strange mix of a few who were relatively good at service, many who were disorganized and forgetful and others simply annoying and overbearing. The manager and main chef of the restaurant should be let go.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The women running the desk with the towels at the pool were very friendly and provided excellent service.
